Features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and cost free. I love the its email tracking feature and mostly use. This feature made my lead generation process easy as it provides track record of marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic and free plan must have more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Hubspot sales hub I can keep track on my emails which solves my many problems.
Hubspot is a critical CRM that can scale from startup to enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Hubspot for over 6 years when we were a small pre-revenue startup. We're still using them and now have a significant setup. Hubspot is the CRM leader for a number of reasons including:
1. Feature rich and vertically integrated
2. Analytics and dashboard building
3. Ease of use training our teams
4. Constantly shipping improvements to make the CRM better for us to use
5. Always thinking about what we need and ensuring that they offer a natively integrated solution to reduce the tools we need for our commercial operation.
6. Customer support is really sensational

What do you dislike about the product?
- I think the AI dashboard builder is still very new and not yet powerful enough to really reduce the time it takes to build the dashboard in the first place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub enables us to scale seamlessly and ensures we have the right features at the right times to supercharge our growth. Hubspot's ease of use makes great CRM use consistent across the company. We are constantly looking to consolidate our platforms and integrate where possible. Hubspot is constantly incorporating operations hub, marketing hub and other features that enable us to move our entire commercial team into Hubspot. In addition, we have been able to sunset other tools that we paid for using a feature at Hubspot instead.

Mass email delivery, personalization, templates, tracking, and connectivity to external tools.

phone calls, massaging, and mailbox connectivity.

Mass emails delivery, automation, CRM. Saves time.
A good tool for marketing email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to automate your email campaigns and to save all the information in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all features, can't remember any particular issues. Maybe, it requires some time and knowledge to implement them, but after all steps, everything goes smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I put out a few sales and lead generation campaigns utilizing this tool. It helped me automate them, track the results and store information about current and potential clients in one place.
Slick and easy to use after a few months. Better than our previous crm.

Analytics and pipeline visinility. Nice interface for sales
What do you dislike about the product?
When using your hubspot number - if you receive a call back in the UK they are told its a sales call.

Visibility of how the team etc are doing. Good to benchmark. Means I can stay ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease integration with other CRMs or ERPs. How could I use the information I had in my old CRM (Zoho), adapt it to this new environment and get more out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although is one of the best-known CRMs on the market and has great features, it complicates things that, due to the information it handles and the ways it can be manipulated it should be easier to use it. It doesn't have to be rocket science to use all the information it can handle, but rather an easy trip around all the information even for a high school child.

Easier for managing leads for the sales team.

sometimes it freezes and certain things glitch

Copilot integration as well as workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The crazy thing as you go up tiers, it becomes extremely expensive for countries that do not use the Euro or Dollars.

Its easy to set up and its easy to use across mutiple platforms and with its built in features like live chat and integration into your facebook it makes everything come to one place and that is bliss
Better thn other CRM's I have used
What do you like best about the product?
the reporting side of the sales is very usefull. being able to track your key metrics is a game changr in sales
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is annoying when someone calls you back it doesnt tell you the ae of the contact - just the number and i have to search the number of whos calling before it hangs up which is frustrating other wise im going into the call cold which isnt ideal.
