It is very convenient and easy to use. Very manageable and email automation is very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It logs out regularly and sometimes, it acts weird when internet is a bit slow.

The session time out is pretty fast and sometimes it's a bit annoying

What do you like best about the product?
This lead platform is easy to use and install on your computer tablet or phone, we use it every day on our remote work, and the integration with other platforms like Salesforce is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
the number of features is decent doesn't have too much but the frame is archaic I think they can improve the way it looks, and customer support is pretty slow but I only used it once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you work remotely and need to register all the leads you are handling this platform is a good fit for that purpose it solves the problem of tracking the number of clients that you call and the answers they give you, this app runs easily and fast and that can be integrated with other platforms.
HubSpot sales hub has been really easy to use and utilize .

The ability to intigrate different tools , it really made easier to track and log different activities and campaigns on granular level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's get locked out of session pretty fast

It's a one stop solution place for everything that one need for sales enablement.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to navigate. I have come across multiple Sales tools, but the maturity of Hubspot always stands out

The only downside I see is that the tool is very expensive in terms of the other tools.

It is filling the gap between marketing and sales. Also, helping in sales performance management.

Has a user friendly interface, that makes it easy to navigate.

Unless you upgrade to a higher level, the integration with Koncert lacks some critical features to create a single pane of glass.

Keeping lead notes in one spot that is easily accessible.

It's very efficient CRM to record sales data i really love it.

Nothing to dislike for HubSpot some it takes time to reload
