Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly and automatically updates everything without room for error in not being able to save.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to automatically track opportunities like you can do in SF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for teams to communicate and track opportunities with accounts. It allows me to keep tabs on my communications and recall where I am with the status of an account.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate even for those new to the platform. Their customer support is exceptional, consistently addressing any issues or inquiries promptly within a remarkable turnaround time of less than 24 hours. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, if you exhaust your calling minutes with HubSpot, there isn't an option to purchase additional minutes separately. The only recourse is to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, which may prove to be significantly more expensive, especially if you primarily require additional calling minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from centralized information storage, preventing duplication of efforts by our sales advisors when engaging with customers. This allows us to maintain a seamless flow and assess communication needs with leads effectively. With the ability to review calls and messages, we ensure continuity in client interactions, even when a sales advisor is on vacation, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.

That I cannot send the same email to multiple contacts at the same time

Keeping track of my tasks is the most difficult thing and Hubspot helps me with that.

The fact that is so user friendly - I really like how I watched a couple introduction videos and now feel like an expert! Creating diffrent veiws and mastering sequences! that fact that it inigrates with my gmail and ring central is a huge help as well

Really nothing at this time. Everything has been very smooth in my hubspot transition!

Time management. Making sure I am reaching out to all my clients and notifying me if I have not !

The reports dashboard and the view tabs which helps in differentiating one view from others and getting the required set !

Nothing as such but the look can be more unique and cool

Many a times we can easily generate reports and share it with the team. Also, the integration with slack helps a lot

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to breakdown the reporting to help me from an overall forecast and metrics standpoint - it helps me see the micro and macro levels on a daily basis. It also allows me on my daily activity to be able to hone in on exactly what I need to do
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the UI/UX was a bit more intuative similar to other platforms I'd used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub addresses challenges related to data management, segmentation, performance measurement, automation, and team collaboration. The platform's benefits include improved efficiency, more effective communication, and better-informed decision-making, all of which contribute to my success as a Sales AE at Sendlane.

What do you like best about the product?
It works smooth and it gives chance to enhance time efficiency by using lesser softwares so easy to implement. The ease of integrations are amazing so far. I use it everyday in my work life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot calling is not something I would reach out to. Customer support is a bit lengthy.

I do not need to use more softwares in the sales process thus saving time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports and simplicity of setting up cadences. It is easy to maneuver between different areas. Implementation was relatively easy and adding list of contacts are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the inability to remove someone from a cadence immediately. If the person is on pause and you want to remove them from the cadence it doesn't until they are completed in the next task. You should be able to remove them immediately. Also if there are any changes that need to be made to a cadence it does not allow the ability for those changes to go into effect right away to be performed in the current cadence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to perform outbound cadences for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy when it comes to inputting data, contacts, companies, notes, etc. I also really love the tasks feature - it helps with my efficiency and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the quoting/deals feature. It's not very efficient or quick. Especially for my industry - logistics service - it' not really set up to make quoting my customers quick and easy. Most of the time, I just send my rate to them via email or spreadsheet - I find that is much quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and data management - it is benefiting me by helping me reach as many people as possible and keeping track of every single activity so that the sales process is seamless no matter how long it takes to close a customer.
