Favorite aspect is 'Activity Feed'
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to track all emails that go out and then follow who has opened the email and how many times. If they've opened it a few times and have not responded that tells me I need to follow up with a phone call. It definitely lets me know who is interested and who is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use all the features so not really sure. I like the basic ones and how it connects with your emails to track. I also like watching the dashboard. Letting us know who in our group is doing well and what kind of templates they are using for their emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure. I know it's gone down a couple of times, but seemed to be fix and up and running rather quickly.

The automation of everything: messages, tasks, events...

It's a little bit hard to manage the tool at first, but once you learn to use it it's wonderful

Tracking everything we do daily, to manage the team and to measure our productivity

The best part is the Sequence. I keep experimenting with it & attract the right & larger pool of audience.

Only one slight area of improvement - that should be under list sesction,

Tracking on easy terms maintains checks & balances in sales. This is being catered well by Sales Hub feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The fluidity of everything helps me stay consistent every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom/Hubspot dialer integration is janky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my high priority leads
HubSpot is absolutely essential for my work
What do you like best about the product?
The email sequencing tool is essential for large mass marketing campaigns within my industry. HubSpot email integrations makes locating past communications effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to cross reference both lead companys and lead contacts to see which companies and contacts within a company were contacted last.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me reach large volumes of contacts to market our services
Incredibly useful for organizing the company

That I can keep on top of payments and pending tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it takes into account Saturdays and Sundays, in my office we don't work weekends and on Mondays when we arrive we have a lot of Hubspot emails.

Great software for sales & marketing-minded teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love tracking how we interact with and move through our prospects and leads. We often setup and use sequences to automate much of our sales process. Sequences have also been very useful for automating other non-sales things. For example, I help run a business networking group, and the sequences help automate many of the management tasks I'd normally have to do manually. I also love the ability to use custom fields, notes, and tasks to stay on top of our sales process. Oh, and the embedded meeting widget saves myself and our clients a TON of time when booking meetings and keeping that interaction tracked. Between that and the Outlook plugin, it's been so much easier to do than in previous companies with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price keeps going up higher and higher. I used to be able to refer people to use HubSpot with no concerns. But it seems that recent years has the HubSpot team focused on medium to enterprise businesses and no longer catering to the smaller (but larger) SMB market. Most people I try to get into HubSpot end up going to Zoho or something. Also the Outlook widget forces me to log in again - every - single - day. That widget is great when it's not in the way, but when it gets in the way, it's one of the most annoying things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it lowers the amount of effort and time that is required to perform otherwise mundane and time-consuming sales tasks.

I like the automation, and how hubspot saves my time, the layout is very easy to understand and for the slef onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that hubspot supports Arabic language, since I might send email to my prospects in this language.

Organizing the records under each deal in efficient and clear way, integration with multiple other websites and apps.
