What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales has a variety of useful features. It's very self-explanatory on the surface; however, I'd recommend using their learning materials to dig deeper into the data you can get out of this software. I heavily rely on the fresh, real-time data, and this gives me that; however, sometimes a refresh on the page has to be done, but that's not an issue. It helps you track website visits, deals, communications, meetings, tasks, and performance to the point where you can see every element of each touchpoint. Very detailed platform and easy to navigate. It has many other features, not to mention convenient integrations and extensions that make the sales process even easier. I'd highly recommend Sales Hub because it offers a compelling solution for businesses seeking to streamline their sales processes with ease, effectiveness, and straightforward implementation. That's why I'm using it daily. I've never needed their customer support as even if a system has down time it gives me instantly a notification on the top, that's how good it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub has many benefits, but as always, there are some downsides. The pricing structure is one thing; it's perfect for SM businesses with tight budgets. There are some advanced features that require additional payment, which leads to higher costs, but again, what you get on the lower tier is perfectly enough to run a good operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot streamlines contact management and sales operations, making it easier to organise and track interactions with leads and customers. This is a very efficient approach with easy-to-understand dashboards. It's a great multitool that offers powerful analytics, reporting, and tracking tools, enabling teams to do more efficient work.

What do you like best about the product?
one of the best features of hubspot the sequences, it helps us be on top of the clients head but i hope they can increase te limit, it will be easier as well if we can send sequence from our deal contacts. it's also way easier that we can sign the quotes through hubspot. i also love the meetings but sometime im having this issue that the contact is missing so i cant contact the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no list of the activity i did on the same day, i think it would help me to strategize my sales if i can see what i have done to keep my performance growing. it will also be nice if there will be reminders saying that you did a great job you are excelling from this maybe you can do more of this to improve your sales

it helps me to categorize clients that i should prioritize to be able to convert it to sales

We've had a minor inconvenience with the quotes in hubspot but it's in the works of optimizing.

Creates an enviornment to easily track deals, contacts, calls, and emails

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to manage my outreach campaigns and contact/company information in one location. This cuts back on the dreaded toggle tax switching between programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real down side to HubSpot is if you are using the free version there are no sequence options or automation options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides a one stop shop for contact management, email marketing, sales analytics and outreach automation. HubSpot is very user friendly and is more than adequate for my daily sales needs.
Flexible but gets expensive quickly
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most useful aspects of HS is Sequences. This is a huge benefit for small teams operating with large data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that as soon as you want to use other features you hit another licence barrier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing overly complicated, just straightforward CRM, sales pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance tracking.
The best tool for experts!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and able to sync smoothly with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitch that needs to be fix, some contacts moved to a different owner for some reason but you have to make sure that you created the task to keep you on track.

The ease of use and the ease of tracking. Plus, the display of email chains so you can review is fantastic

It's a little cludgy when it comes to clean up, and the email notification system is slow

Hubspot was a great CRM that we used. I am sad that the company switched to sales force. Hubspot was easy to use, intuitive, and allowed us to track things that just seemed to be the smart things to pay attention to.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact the it is so simple to automate email campaigns. It has so many features to make changes to the mail and then to view the data about who viewed the mail amf who did not and what linkd did the prospect visit.Also to run large campaigns it has so easy features to automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about hibspot.It is one of the best apps that can be used for marketing automation and for making the sales process easier anf reachouts efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it a lot easier to run mail campaigns and marketing efforts.It increases the chances of getting leads from hunting activities and the chances to get more revenue.Also tje number of prospects we can reach out to.
