User Friendly and customisable CRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to understand and browse through.
It can easily be integrated and implemented with Outlook, LinkedIn and others
I used it on a daily basis for lead update tracking, sending emails, calling updating notes

The database can be visible to everyone, needs something private

Tracking mails and reminding for follow-ups, easy and fast mails sending.

Easygoing and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's userface is very easy to understand and work my way around. I like how accessible it is to manuever, I never find myself running into any issues but when I do it is easy to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few errors that occur wirh hubspot, such as when I want to unenroll a contact; it wont let me. Another example of minor errors is when I complete a task yet it comes up again to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all my leads and points of contact as well as time between first point of outreach and meeting conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I would say the best components of the sales hub are the tagging connectivity and integration with linkedin and other various tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
the emails can be conjoined and be difficult to navigate

Sales Analytics features and the ability to track all deals.

Too many tabs all at once can be confusing at times the interface can be more user friendly.

Sometimes there could be viewing issues with regards to available permissions making it challenging.

I like the EASY TO USE character of HubSpot & the features of HubSpot

For me there is no downside. Not even a single one

It's an absolute joy to use HubSpot. It completely eradicates my laziness. I never get tired of using it.

It is super slick in accessing different contacts and getting their whole story in the CRM.

I think there are way too many clicks when making outbound calls. You have to go through so many steps just to make a call.

Helpful Tool For Streamlining your Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has spent a lot of time building out the sales workspace and making a home for salespeople to log into. This has helped immensely when it comes to the speed of onboarding and implementation and gives people using HubSpot the ability to stay focused in one area and lean on simplicity for clarity and the ability to scale their outreach immensely. I think that this has been an incredible investment on HubSpot's part, and I'm excited for features that they continue to roll out in this space.
Additionally, Breeze.ai has continued to improve year over year. The Breeze.ai roll-up that can look at an entire record set of fields and activities is incredibly helpful when thinking about a quick overview for a sales member wanting to understand the context. I've been impressed with how AI has continued to grow inside of HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
More and more features are being added, which is always a good thing, but making sure that simplicity stays the main focus will be key for HubSpot continuing to improve. They have a number of AI features that are hidden behind credits, and even as someone who works in HubSpot every day, I still struggle to understand credit usage and have had a hard time justifying building out a lot of functionality that is reliant on credit features. Having a variable cost when it comes to a CRM can be a really difficult thing for a sales operations team, even if the AI credits are used in a helpful manner. It's still difficult to not know how much you're going to be paying for your CRM based on how much your team is using the AI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of everything you could ever need and it is relatively easy to set up.

The only negative thing is that it's so many options for everything and it was a long learning process.
