Hubspot robust CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with tons of other tools, full of capabilities,

Requires time to master, but there are a lot of resources to learn from

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about HubSpot Sales Hub is the ability to set up workflows to automate processes. This has been a major help in automating certain day to day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of bugs, especially when it comes to the sequencing capabilities. I would not recommend using Hubspot as an outreach tool. There is no way to easily A/B test different messaging and other outreach tools give you a lot more control and are much more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows you to track your activity as an organization while providing historical context on relationships. You are also able to access data/analytics to inform sales strategy and make educated decisions. Hubspot helps reps stay organized while also enabling sales motions.

It makes life easier for the sales person as it has everything in one place, easy to implement and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be improved and ui can be made more easy on mobile view.

Its solving problems of navigating the leads and close more deals.
Once you start, it's truly indispensable!

HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines my sales processes, centralizing leads, automating emails, and providing valuable insights. It boosts efficiency, helps me nurture leads effectively, and with integrated CRM, it's a game-changer for managing relationships, ultimately driving sales growth.
Using Hubspot for 4+ years
What do you like best about the product?
I love the cohesiveness of the platform and how easy they make it to keep track of your leads. You're able to have customized email templates, a sequence flow, reminders, tasks and automatic outreach. It eliminates hours out of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes. There can always be room for improvement. Maybe they can include successful templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of working with my accounts on an excel sheet, I am able to have them entered and tracked digitally. I love the organization that HubSpot brings. The email sequences save me a lot of time and I love the ease of the platform.

Hubspot is a good tool for a business. it's provide deep insights, help in generating lead. It's easy to integrate and use.

Mid to expert level person can work on this Program. For Beginners it's quite difficult.

Hubspot has allowed me to implement strategy and automating with my work easily.
Amazing CRM

Hubspot is by far my favorite CRM it's very very user friendly. You can personalize so much, and target more people.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of added tweaks but honestly if you talk to hubspot who is very helpful there's almost always a way around it

The ease of creating templates, setting up sequences and all the automation to make it so much easier and hit more prospects.
