It's a good experience. The app is very friendly.

Organizing sales teams. It gives me reminders to contact leads.

You can't set up things for more frequent use.

Hubspot Sales works well for my company
What do you like best about the product?
The industry we are in is complex with a lot of connections of different companies and people from project start to finish. I have not found a CRM until Hubspot that can link it all without causing confusion. It integrates well with our distribution channels and lead generation. I have spoken to other business owners in my industry and they are all struggling with their CRMs and are surprised we found a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really really wish that we can print tickets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us organize our incoming leads, make sure the right people are being contacted, enabling follow up, and produces meaningful reporting.

I like having all of my clients information in one spot and being able to see all communication we have ever had with them easily. I also appreciate all of their training material.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about the platform.

Hubspot gives us the ability to keep track of all of our clients and know where they are at in their onboarding process.

It has made tracking tasks and emails SO much easier for our company

It can be a little bugy, though their support is responsive

HubSpot has made it easy to keep track of each clients book of business, helping to ensure that no client is forgotten

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it very easy to correctly track all of my actions (Emails, calls, meetings..etc) with my current clients and making sure that I stay on top of checking in with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have a little higher rate or errors/ the website being down then other platforms that we use as a company.

Hubspot makes easy to execute communicate with my current clients all in one place.
Better cost than Salesforce, but you feel the difference in experience

Duplicates are a nightmare, constantly causes probelms
