What do you like best about the product?
Create and edit sales numbers with custom billing methods
What do you dislike about the product?
It would great in the deals line items if you could pick a custom date range for billing purposes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't currently have a good sales tracking platform with our current crm. This will help us better track and analyze the data and conversion rates.

So simple to use! It automatically builds sequencing steps and with the chrome extension and app it notifies you of email opens etc

So far I have not found anything about it that I dont like, everything can be customised to suit and is easy to use

Everything in one place from a CRM to outreach and marketing. It is all in one place, easy to use across multiple offices across the UK

Full possibilities to register sales opportunities and details about each lead progress.

Not so easy t.o build and run dashboards or reports

The simplicity of its integration and ease of use. Also not forget a pocket-friendly tool

Lack of support and glitches. its takes several phone calls to get someone to speak with

Support interactions with customer service could sometimes be frustrating.

Enabled me to prioritize my activities, to better understand prospects, and automate repetitive tasks, which finally helped me to spend more time engaging with active buyers who were a good fit for our offerings.

Great to keep prospects organized especially with the email plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
HS tries to be the kitchen sink - everything! I wish they really excelled at one product or feature.

Keeps each email attached to the record. Also allows users to see what you are working on so there is no cross-selling.
