What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and tools to create statistics
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to view messages in my inbox unless i have actually sent them through my inbox
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great CRM and has lots of ways to show engagement on your site, emails, and makes scheduling meetings easy with email integration
Intuitive and complete
What do you like best about the product?
I believe hubspot is very intuitive to use. It assists you on keeping track of all the details of your leads and clients, and also transparency for the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search is not great, although it has improved since the last interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to centralize the information, transparency in emails and calls as well as the possibility of adding notes and email sequences
Very Useful CRM For a startup
What do you like best about the product?
Very Useful Platform and provding a lot of features even in Free version. Easy to integrate and good sales management tool for updating the data. We are using hubspot in our day to day activities and it is integrated to our marketing webiste also. Very Good Customer Service
What do you dislike about the product?
We dont have any dislike becuase they are providing lot of options even in the free version

We are tracking all the activities of team and the organization in Hubspot. Creating leads, Deals, Logging the sales activities etc The complete sales Cycle is managing using this platform
HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is like the Swiss Army knife of sales tools. It's got everything you need in one place, from lead management to deal-closing magic. The way it simplifies and organizes the chaos of sales is pretty remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a little more order in some of the panels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is basically my problem-solving sidekick. It takes on the challenges of lead organization and deal management, leaving me with more time to focus on building relationships and sealing the deal. It's like having a productivity ally in the world of sales.
Great platform - very straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integration of our emails/ calendars allows us to track all interactions with clients in a very managable way. Great for ease of use an colaboration with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better UI for sending emails out, activelists than can be edited in a more user friendly way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping client and New business reporting.
The Best Sales App Available Today
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers a huge value as you can selecte the pieces of the puzzle you most need to hang off of their free hub. It is flexible and powerful. I like it much more than the CRM from Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find any downsides to HubSpot Sales Hub.

Tracking, facilitating, and communicating
Good Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is less compliacted than other CRMs and has a simplified UI. It provides basic sales functions including quote creation, pipeline management, forecasting and deal management
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality has a long way to go/ the UI of the dashboard set ups. It does not offer the flexibility and power of other CRMs, but is a good tool for small orgs with small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on expansions and renewals and HubSpot allows me to track renewals throughout the year, create deals inside existing client accounts, and forecast ARR.

The Sales Hub is a great platform for organization. I love seeing more customization options coming in as every business is different and hubspot is catering to meet their needs well!

The platform is outdated in some aspects

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is always up-to-date with their products. Always making it easier for sales reps to manage deals and their sales leads in one portal.

There's nothing I dislike, but I belive their Marketing Hub is stronger than their sales hub

Helping structure the sales process of the business. Allowing sales reps to manage their leads in one place as well as booking calls

Easy to manage, it brings sales, marketing and email automation in one place.

some automation features are limited high tier plans. if it could bring some to lower plans, then it would help smaller teams
