Could be better, but could be way worse!
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of tasks to keep you organised is a great idea
What do you dislike about the product?
When you get assigned tasks and get a notification, an email and a message reminder :) Don't feel like there's a need for all of them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unsure, I've used a lot of other CRM systems and it is very similar to others
Hubspot is a great Tool for any professional salesperson!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to navigate and learn when I first started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quoting side of things was easier to manipulate, and change parts of the quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's given me one place to put all of my customer information, track interactions, and deals I am working. We are only human at the end of the day, and our general memory can only hold so much. That's where HubSpot has played a major role in my success since our company implemented it.
Best CRM Experience for Sales AND Marketing (and even Operations!)
What do you like best about the product?
I have implemented HubSpot SalesHub at 5+ organizations now. While I review other options (Salesforce, Pipedrive in years past, etc.) HubSpot is always hands-down the winner. It's user paradigm is like Apple -- if you needed a manual, it would be too hard. It's all intuitive, and works just like it's supposed to. I have never had to do more than a cursory training for any of the teams.
Moreover, when I do need to ask for help, teh support folks are generally fast and efficient. I could certainly do a whole lot more with reporting, dashbaords, and operations hub (I have not used ticketing, nor have I had the time to et deeper into chat/etc.) but for the core sales CRM - deal pipeline, flow, tracking, contracting and reporting - it's all worked well repeatedly.
I use SalesHub all day every day, as does my team.
It was super easy to integrate - we were up and running in under a day.
I easily added more components (Quotes, Products, eSign) shortly after we were wup and running

What do you dislike about the product?
* HubSpot's sales teams are clunky, segmented, and generally quite young and inexperienced.
* Seems to be a lot of internal politics and fiefdoms in sales, customer success, etc.
* Their CS teams have steadily gotten more and more stingy with their time and less "I am super happy and here to help" each year... in other words, the first time I implemented HubSpot and had a rock star CS person, it made everything easier... nowadays they seem to have made that all very process-driven and cookie-cutter (not awesome)
It's also gotten WAY WAY more expensive, and that may be a problem shortly down the line.
Still on balance, it's the best thing going.
