There are some issues from time to time. Except for that it's a great way to contact with costumers.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have HS's detailed information before contacting costumers.

Kixie sync has issues most of the time. Call outcomes and sometimes calls do not sync all the time.

Very easy to use adds lot of value for Business reachouts. Reminders will help for future follow ups

Nothing I am happy with all features. Can give some frequent training for Effective usage

What do you like best about the product?
I love the objects and properties features of Sales Hub - it's highly adaptable to you and your organiztion's needs and strategies.

Ease of use - it did take some time to become comfortable using all the features and training others to use it can feel challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me communicate with prospects effectively and efficiently. I can use email templates, sequences, tracking, and scheduling to send personalized and timely messages to your leads. I can also make and record calls, schedule meetings, and share documents from within the platform. It helps me connect with leads from anywhere around the world. I can use HubSpot's integrations with Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, and more to sync your data and activities across different platforms. I can also use HubSpot's mobile app to access my sales tools and data on the go. I can also use HubSpot's live chat and chatbot to engage with my website visitors and capture leads. The customer support is excellent too. I use then every day and without Hubspot my work is not complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, especially for small businesses or startups. HubSpot Sales Hub has high setup costs, ranging from $3,000 to $6,000, and requires a mandatory onboarding service. The pricing plans are also not very flexible, as they are based on annual contracts and do not allow early termination.. The free plan is very limited and does not include many features that are essential for sales, such as workflow automation, A/B testing, and reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spending too much time on writing and sending emails that do not perform well. HubSpot Sales Hub provides email templates, sequences, tracking, and scheduling tools that help myself and my team to create and deliver personalized and effective emails to their prospects.

Best all-in-one CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I think easily the best 3 things are:
a) the integrations--no zapping required, it's an industry leader, so it connects with every piece of tech you could need.
b) the intuitive UI--I've used half a dozen CRMs and none of them have an overall UI as intuitive as Hubspot
c) The first year rebates-- it allows us to use the tool to scale very affordably and *then* pay fair market value once we can better afford it.

The drag and drop in the deal view is glitchy. Once you've done it with one deal, you usually need to refresh the page to do more. Makes it a bit cumbersome.

It's keeping our pipeline and at-some-point-engaged contacts and deals organized. It's my CRM but also my project management hub.
Hubspot: The best spot for Sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is their system and mobile app. I do not need to use my laptop to call or email and add new contacts. It is very convenient and smart. Never used such a great app. Thanks a lot Hubspot team for creating CRM which is very easy to use and which performs well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never found any fault but I would say unsubscribing people and ability to sort by people contacted via call should be there.

Hubspot is solving our main problem of adding, calling, emailing and creating new client by using their CRM features, which are easy to use and implement.
Hubspot makes my life easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The activity feed shows me when clients open emails. This is a useful tool for me to measure engagement. I really like how easy it is to update deals and call people while logged in.

Nothing, I am very pleased with Hubspot.

The AI assistant is helping me respond efficiently.
Hubspot is my Fav CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot listens to you and adds features that are needed. I asked for A/B testing and it was implemented shortly after. Also, it is easy to sequence, keep my prospects straight, and make sure all of my deals are catagroized properly so I can effectively make sure each one is given the attention it needs. Also, integrations are very easy to connect and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot make single calls with a keypad, I have to add the person into the system as a Contact. We just did a project that needed such a keypad so I had to use my personal phone to complete calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving keeping track of the sales team and its stats without mixing it in with marketing motions. It also allows me to keep track of my tasks and meetings booked, putting it in an SDR dashboard that was easy to build/read.
