What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate once you know what features there are

The features are endless! So sometimes a bit hard to tell if you're using it to its full capability

Tracking analytics, allowing us to get call insight, keep track of deals

The customization options allow us to tailor the CRM to our specific needs, ensuring that we capture and analyze the data most relevant to our business

The mobile app, while convenient for basic tasks, lacks some of the functionality available on the desktop version

automation capabilities have saved us countless hours on repetitive tasks, allowing our team to focus on more strategic initiative
Very easy to use

The simplicity of using the software, its not hard to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that you have to use google chrome browser when using hubspot with a software like aloware to make them work properly.

What do you like best about the product?
ingesting all the necessary records into the database. Ensuring all the important things are in place categorically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of things that I believe, Maybe when we click on account. there could be better representation of the company details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The representation of data. Easy navigation.
Great tool for monitoring sales activity and conversion
What do you like best about the product?
It's great with the sales integration to properly monitor emails and other activities pertaining to sales conversions. And it has AI automation that enriches your data automatically with just a website URL of the company you're encoding to the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot use it for sourcing new leads

It gives such an ease of use when it comes to overall sales activity tracking
Best CRM, nerve center of my company
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has really thought of everything for the commercial and marketing management of a company. I can link all communication and marketing activities to my sales pipelines.
I can test almost all business ideas that come to me thanks to the system. I manage my sales from A to Z between the capture form and the final signature, and even the feedback from my customers. It's too easy to set up, including integrating other existing tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are dealing with a rather expensive tool, which requires careful planning and thorough study before deployment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, Hubspot is the second brain of the entire sales team. We can automate the entire sales process between:
- the lead capture form
- nurturing
- appointments with sales
- conversational guides with sales
- calls, meetings
- notes
- quotes
- follow-ups
- signing
- feedback
My teams today refer solely to Hubspot to track and improve their sales. As a manager, I can monitor developments, guide them with tools, prepare sequences, etc.

In this moment the best sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
it has incredible continuos improvments, great features and agility. Data avalilable also in an incredibily useful app
What do you dislike about the product?
it miss enrichement data tools about leads and accounts (mobile phone numbers, email mail validation etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is my single source of turth about sales and marketing, no competition with other softwares
Waste of money
What do you like best about the product?
Email marketing, I guess. PHPMailer does the same thing without cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you buy the most expensive package, you get practically no value. Most open source software does a better job. Also they lock you in for a year. Definitely make sure that you use a card that you can cancel at any time when purchasing anything with this company. Definitely feels illegal and that they know they have an inferior product. They're big. That's their image, and it isn't a good look, especially with a bad product. My guess is they thrive off of buyer's remorse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to help me solve email automation and create a chat bot. It did a poor job at both, only giving me like, a very mediocre amount of custom emails I can send and a very very mediocre chat bot. But it shows you useful features. It shows those features well... But behind the most expensive paywall which IIRC is $500/month. Ugh, terrible I fell for this.
Much needed sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlines full sales cycle managment. From lead management, to prospecting, to closing, to post close. Hubspot gives all of the necessary tools to work more efficiently and spend more time finding and closing sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic reporting can be limited if you do not upgrade to a higher level of service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is allowing me to work more efficiently through and manage all sales activity. I am benefitting from HubSpot Sales Hub because it allows me to spend more time engaging with prospects and customers and less time tracking activity through various spreadsheets or email reminders.
Good Design, But A Mediocore Email Centric Product
What do you like best about the product?
Good Design -- Very satisfying design
Great Onboarding -- Makes it super easy to understand the benefits of using Hubspot, as well as their shortcomings
Support -- Their Account Executives and Account Managers are always willing to hop in a call and explain a feature or give a deep dive on areas of their software.

Email Centric -- Little to no ability to log customer communications from other platforms besides email
Expensive -- For the range of features HubSpot Sales Hub offers, they are definitely on the expensive side
Implementation and Integration -- You are able to import your previous CRM data, but using HubSpot in your org if you're not email-centric is close to impossible.

Used Hubspot Sales Hub to track customer interactions and create my user funnel.
Found it to be extremely good at email automation, but completely lacking outside of email functionality.
Another slightly less aggravating CRM than the last-- they are doing nothing game-changing.
