HubSpot has been a wonderful one-stop CRM for our company!
What do you like best about the product?
I would like to highlight HubSpot customer support here. They are responsive and work hard towards resolving your issue as fast as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a possiblity where HubSpot can add more advanced features to the Sales Hub. Utilizing AI to give more suggestions on the content etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of all the contacts, conversations and projects I am working on.

it can be glitchy and cause you to pause your work for short moments.

It makes my job of automating sales activities and reporting on pipelines so much easier.
Easiest CRM to pick up
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of reporting, UI. It's the easiest CRM I've ever used
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were better search options - in SFDC if I look for "Chris" for example, it'll automatically pull up the contact named Chris that I've had activity with most recently. Not true with Hubspot I don't believe. Still my fav CRM tho!

Good visibility in how well we're tracking leads, tracking team performance, and building reporting that supports our sales teamsd

HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and has a huge variety of tools that help me do my job daily.

So far I've never had any bad experiences with HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to create custom workflows that give me the ability to personalize my outbound reach.

Creating tasks & recieveing notifications of all the activities done on a account

Could be improvised a bit however it's a great tool

Time saving & easy data tracking
Extremely user friendly. The customer Info, call & emails are all in the same place.

It is easy to use and there is good support.

Sometimes contacts go missing if a task is not assigned.

We are able to house all our contacts with both calls and email

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool that I have found is sequences. Sequences helps you stay on task. You create your pramerters once and add contacts. This is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling functionality seems to be hit an miss. I have experienced errors 4-5 times a week. Overall it works but more informaiton as to what causes the errors would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps keep you organized and collaborate with the team. This ensures duplicate messages are not going out. We are also able to break up companies in our CRM by territory which is helpful.

I've been using Hubspot for a long time so I'm familiar with the system. Gets the job done

The UX feels a bit antiquated. It would be cool if there were more proactive insights that the system suggested
