Great for all aspects of your business!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubpsot is so easy to navigate and user friendly! I can do everything in one place. All clients and leads can easily be managed and team collaboration is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minor downside to Hubspot is the reporting features. It is sometimes difficult to build reports and not as intuitive as other systems. The Hubspot support team is great at helping when I can't do it on my own though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business continuity! Hubspot allows us to see all clients and leads in one place. All teams have the ability to see where they might be in the sales or post-close process. It allows us all to collaborate and work efficiently to provide a better client experience as well.
Most intuitive and user friendly CRM I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely intuitive, easy to use. FAR more user friendly than any other CRM I've used. I've used mutliple salesforce instances, Monday as a CRM, pipedrive, and bullhorn in the past, and I can confidently say that Hubspot is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit the future emails a prospect will receive once they've been enrolled in a sequence (unless you unenroll, and then edit said emails, then reenroll prospects) can be frustrating. That is my only issue with the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales sequence performance and effectiveness has always been challenging in the past, but Hubspot has made my life so much easier in that regard. Its super easy to compare the performance of overall sequences, messaging of individual emails, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences, workflows, prospecting and the coaching playlists
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough I like prospecting I belive there's still room for improvment especially when it comes to the tasks and having the information about the time that the task needs to be concluded right there inseatd of having to open the deal

What do you like best about the product?
Using the hub to easily import leads (both contacts and companies) and reach all of them with just a few clicks. Creating lists is a breeze to keep organized, and sequencing from there makes outreach streamlined to free up time for individual outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about, there are tons of direct integration for all types of apps, and keeping track of pipeline is a breeze! the only complaint I would have is forcing small bsuinesses to purchase expensive enterprise package, should offer sequencing and other abilities ala carte for afffordability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a great CRM, keeping all of my contacts in one organized place to enable efficient outreach and tracking of all communication and progress.
Big fan of HubSpots easy to use interface, and new AI capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy HubSpot's interface, especially compared to other CRM systems I have used in the past. I use HubSpot daily and never find myself struggling to find certain features, and rarely experience any glitches. Customer support has always been very attentive when I have needed them. I also enjoy the new AI blog post writing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm overall very happy with HubSpot, but do find there to be some challenges/struggles when utilizng the AI feature. However, I assume that is just because it is a new feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to find everything in one place regarding contact information and prospecting tool, marketing capabilities, as well as sales pipeline and sales performance. It makes my life easier to have a one stop shop.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all data on prospect all in one page. It's so nice to be able to have everything logged for easy convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have would be the ability for there to be duplicate accounts. We have issues with prospects having 2+ accounts with the same email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is keeping all of the data and numbers in one spot, it's easy to see how employees are progressing.
Always a good product experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is always staying with the current trends in the tech. stack space. It is well thought out and simple to use. No team required to stand up a Hubspot Migration. I've been a user for over 8 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features available in the enterprise tier seemingly should be in the professional tier of license. This can be frustrating at times.

Contact, client, sales, and pipeline management.
