Best CRM tool if you want to combine inbound and outbound Sales efforts

What do you like best about the product?
- seamless contacts integrations to deal with.
- you can integrate both sales and marketing things in one go
- you can assign multiple contacts to one deal or company
- implementation is easy and the support team is good
- Outlook integration is superb where don't have to use CRM frequently but you can push the data from the mailbox itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
- different category of deals is more for SaaS-based companies.
- it's a bit challenging if we want to add something specific based on our business

- It helps in conversational tracking as well as email tracking of contacts we have added

What do you like best about the product?
It has the best cost for the customer one of the cheapest B2B tool in market
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are several advantages to HubSpot Sales Hub, not everyone may find all of them to be agreeable. Certain consumers perceive the pricing to be somewhat exorbitant, particularly for startups or small firms. An additional frequent grievance is that novice users may find the system somewhat daunting. When you only need a simple screwdriver, it's like receiving a Swiss Army knife. Therefore, it's more a case of having too much of a good thing than a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An electronic Swiss Army knife for companies is what HubSpot Sales Hub is. Along with managing contacts and leads and offering analytics to monitor success, it facilitates the streamlining of sales operations. Centralised data has several advantages, one of which is that it simplifies the understanding and nurturing of leads by combining customer encounters.

searchable boxes in almost any part of the system you are in
What do you dislike about the product?
it's highly limiting in certain features for reporting and extracting data and also the navigation is clunky and there are too many clicks you need to do for making calls integrating other apps and to do a single task like edit any info of a contact you have to click several places to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could not speak to this question you'd have to ask the management who bought it for what features they value

What do you dislike about the product?
Calling to more countries via Hubspot calling would be great. I know this number is increasing but it would be fantastic to now have to use any backup VOIP system to call some countries.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information for a lead or a client including invoices to support conversation history with employees everything comes into one portal which makes it easy for the sales and support team to manage customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to automatically track WhatsApp chats or maybe integration with WhatsApp business API to directly chat with contacts in WhatsApp within the HubSpot portal

I like the mass market email aspect. That is a good feture

I would like to create personal list for me to be able to have all my previos clients in a spot for particular sales. Also another thing that would be nice for me to be able to assing my task to myself bc it is a very fast and efficint way to contact my leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UX that is easy to navigate through which helps AEs with CRM hygene.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities can be lacking at times and not as robust as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to use Hubspot to Round Robin inbound leads to AEs, we are using the sequence capabilties to track, monitor and analyze perforamnce of various campaigns & we are using it to forecast pipelines.
