What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to store all my contacts effectively and track the email opens. This changes my sales strategy and gives me an indication of which direction to go in when following up to contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is very expensive and sometimes the features can be relatively hard to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remember tasks and work quicker

Efficient CRM processes for sales success!

What do you like best about the product?
During my short time with HubSpot, it has already proven its worth! A very clean and efficient CRM to staying on top of my many sales activites and processes through out the day. I have use many CRMs throughout my sales career and I would rank this at the top!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides to this CRM..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me solve any time-constraint issues; As well as, easily keeping my sales actifites and tracking efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Task list/worklist makes it very easy to follow up w people I had conversations with weeks ago that otherwise I have no idea how you would track
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are in the deals tab and you click into a tab and back it does not save the screen to just my deals

I have been using HubSpot Sales Hub for 7 months now and I've never had an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The deal pipeline in Hubspot makes keeping track of potential clients an absolute breeze. From a managers point of view, it also allows me to follow my teams progress
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to Hubspot. There are only good points

It is allowing me to ensure that my team is keeping up to date with their follow ups and tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Success is always immediate and support articles very helpful.

Very easy to navigate and create reports, sequences, templates.

Managing the pipeline has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been overwhelmed with Hubspot notifications on Slack, Hubspot mobile app, email, and on the platform itself. As a result, I've turned everything off and haven't been fussed to go back in and adjust (most helpful would be email tracking)

Sometimes not all emails are tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining inbound, outbound lead generation and managing deals.

I love every aspect of your product. Literally.

Well, fortunately, there's nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time! I love the fact that emails are being tracked and even the calls are being logged automatically! That's amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how every metric is tracked so we can use that data to make certain adjustments for our marketing department. The fact that multiple users can access and make changes to it makes sure that all people involved in a particaular prosepct are up to date on the progress of that job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The compatibility that it has with our oher softwares. There are issues integrating all the information from one CRM to another, which we have to do manually. It is still being worked on by your support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has started to integrate their software with our other CRM's. It's not 100% effective, but progress has been made in the last few months.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the KPI's listed at the top way more. I have spent alot of time putting that together myself but it makes things extremely transparent when I Have my meetings with our founder. Also the Customer Support
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the metrics are as accurate as they can be. I wish that there was a way to clean them up easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me keep track of my deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation part makes it so much easier for me to do mass reach outs and being able to track opened email activities helps a lot with qualifying clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using hubspot for 2 years now haven't faced any big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation of setting sequences makes it easier to reach out to a larger audience. I've seen more leads converting if they are placed in a sequence.
