Good and Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very convenient tool for beginners to start their journey in Customer Relationship Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
By far I have not a single thing which I dislike about Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I used to face issues regarding tracking of the emails and running sequences but Hubspot made my life easier through automation.

The only thing that I dislike about Huspot is the pricing is a bit high.

Hubspot is one of the most powerful MKT automation tools in the market
What do you like best about the product?
There is room to customize a bunch of things which makes the tool easy to align to whatever project you are orchestrating in your organization. Depending on the plan you are subscribe to, you have access to custom objects which are super usefull when your organization is kind of complext in terms of data recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the level of customization is very high, the users have to be very familiar with the changes you make to the platform.
Also, if you enable contact association by domain, the platform will create multiple company records that will need to be merge and that is a manual task. The importance of data governance must be something that all of the users are aware of.

We use hubspot for all purposes in marketing, from keeping track of sales activities to landing pages management.

It manages relationship management, monitors deals, automates emails, reviews and more, all in one app. This integration shortens time and reduces the need for different tools. Proper CRM integration: if you are in Hubspot's extensive ecosystem, Sales Hub is a perfect fit. This integration ensures that the marketing team has access to the totality of customer information, along with interactions, notes and activities, giving them the opportunity to make more informed and personalized marketing decisions. Hubspot offers a simple to use and navigate screen, even for people with elementary knowledge of technology.

While Hubspot Sales Hub offers different types of rate plans, certain people may find the price difference prohibitive, especially for smaller or new businesses that have limited funds. The app's quirky features and skills occasionally require higher-level projects, which can be developed quickly. Learning curve for higher skills: While it is generally easy to use Sales Hub, learning to use its more advanced skills, such as work automation or data analysis, may require additional time and training. Some users may find it difficult to use the tool in its entirety without proper training.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of features available natively, very large 3rd party marketplace. Sort of a good one size fits all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex for CRM newbies that are attracted by the free starter plan, but limited for advance users, lots of features aren't best in class and... The price.
Price are increasing quickly due to limitations in first plans and are increasing as well yearly.

The ease of use and constant innovation!

My only dislike is that I wish more companies used HubSpot as their CRM solution.

Keeping tasks and contacts organized is so well done by the HubSpot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use was a big talking point for my business and we decided to give Hubspot a go as it was a new piece of software we hadnt come across but we are very glad we did as we are now using it everyday and run the business through it. I would recommend Hubspot to anyone.

The pricing is slightly high but as we have grown using Hubspot we can see the benefit in using the system and are now happy with the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving the issues we had where we wanted all of the tools for the business in one place that was easy to use and easy to get support if we needed it.
