A smart way to manage your business
What do you like best about the product?
Tha fact that I can be more productive with my team and my time
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that some tools feels more to be designed more for a product type of company not so much for a service one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize in a smart way all the activities of my team, save me a lot of time
Best CRM but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy is to connect sales reps and to follow through all activies. Sequences are the best feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its expensive (in Brazil) and the Analytics is a little bit confusing, although helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes our sales team more productive and increase our conversion rates.
Sales Hub Is a Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub enables our clients to execute sales activities in a more efficient and productive manner than other CRMs. Salesforce can be crowded and ugly, whereas HubSpot Sales CRM makes things easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Sales Hub could create a leads object... OH WAIT, they just did! Finally HubSpot has a place where we can help our clients prospect their leads!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales CRM makes our teams more efficient, plain and simple. You are able to do so much in so little time, and with the UX/UI of a top class product. We are thrilled with it!

More functions than we can follow. As more we know about the plataform more we realize that we don't know all the features that can also improve even more our goals.

The allows the company to follow the lead since the begining of the funnet til the convertion. Is shows us all the lead live live and the challenges we have to achieve the goals,

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub offers a fantastic email integration and a meeting platform that is built directly into O365 or anywhere you house your calendar and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Hub could benefit from having more panels of insight per contact, such as allowing multiple co-owners when working a deal and allowing read only acccess for those who are just helping but not owning a deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our team had a challenge of keeping tracking of both who they have contacted and how many times they had been contacted. Now they can immediatly understand the amount of time spend talking and also where they are invovled. Such as building sequences to keep a contact flow of contact simply.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SalesHub enables so much automatation, The best thing is we can pivot and change direction so quickly because it requires no code and no developers. I automated a whole customer journey in a week that was worth 1.2m to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing about SalesHub is convincing others of its worth! At first glance you can have CRM snow-blindness if you're not used to dealing with tech. But it doesn't take long for people to learn :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesHub is helping me to solve the problem of how to coach our coaches. The data I have available to share with my Sales Team Leaders so they can coach their reps is invaluable.
Simple, easy to use Sales management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to implement and extremely customisable. The addition of workflows, sequences and scoring allows us to get a CRM that truly relfects how our business operates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but the custom objects seem to be the answer to all the issues we're having. Every time we have a problem, the workaround seems to be custom objects. It makes the platform complex to handle for non-expert hubspot users

it allows us to support the transfromation our sales team is going through by bringing lead management, pipeline management, reporting and analytics. it gives them access to data they didn't have before
Getting value, still learning
What do you like best about the product?
seems to have good calendaring features, although have not been able to leverage them a ton since people seems to like the personal touch. haven't used competing platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult sometimes to understand what features I have or don't have because the platform seems to change a good bit and somethings are open or locked in a somewhat unexpected cadence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
really do enjoy managing our sales pipelines and dealsk, helping us visualize where we are in a sales process and what needs to happen next. also keeping track of our leads and where they are in our communication cycles is helpful
