What do you like best about the product?
It is a comprehensive tool that allows for prospecting, selling, and amazing sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much I don't like. They are always coming out with new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manaing sales contacts and following up within the best time.

I think it is very user friendly and highky customizable to your organization

Sometimes we run into limitations when building out reporting or with embedding videos into sequences, being the analytics side is lacking

It is a good way for us to track deals

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of onboarding and customizations. Reportng capabilities for all sales activities and engagements. User friendly interface.

Nothing i can think of. Our company enjoys Sales Hub

Visibility of sales pipeline; deal mangement for AE's; forcasting and quota attainment; generating quotes

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of using HubSpot Sales Hub. The support and HubSpot Academy are amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to download dash board reports to Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps our pipe line on track. Very easy to keep all the information in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
While I am fairly new to HubSpot, having come from using Dynamics 365, HubSpot is a much more robust and easier to use tool. It is very user-friendly. And HubSpot provides amazing support and educational materials!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me to solve problems for my customer by allowing me to provide them with a robust CRM solution.

Using HubSpot for over 10 years

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost it would be a miss if I didn't talk about how much the platform has evolved over the years. The emphasis to constantly keep the platform fresh, user friendly, and helpful to sales is refreshing. The new prospecting tool has my SDR team more efficient, making connections, and performing their outreach responsibilities at a higher pace. The reporting functionality has allowed sales managers to stay up to date on what's happening while eliminating long sales review meetings. The new Ai tools that have rolled out will also create so much efficiencies for our team. I've also loved how much the app has evolved making data governance easier to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is around HubSpot as a whole and not sales hub. New functionality rolls out without the ability to review it or decide how and when we'll roll it out to a team. This causes bad habits as folks decide how they'll use it wihtout any process or governance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The functionality has allowed us to limit the number of tools we use across the organization. We've been able to streamline creating cost and governance efficiencies.

I love the user interface and the user friendly navigating for technical and non-technical users alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some customization and planning needed to set up to connect to your sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better visibility for sales team activity across the company and helping to ensure deals don't fall through the cracks.

Hubspot deals are easy to use and assign. They help manage our team well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for my team. We have to pay per seat to use all the features.

hubspot sales helps us prioritize leads, communicate with potential buyers, and create/edit deals

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to update deals, sequence, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things can be difficult to use with forecasting, and the transcripts from calls isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deals, contacts, and sequences. Also helps keep track of trial leads and integrates with Chargebee.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the optimization, dashboards, and the ability to monitor our sales teams progress as an admin. One of the best thingd about Sales Hub is the ability to monitor our company's growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of anything that I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub at this time.

HubSpot Sales Hub is is helping us remain organized and keeps our sales team accountable.
