What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and now that they're realeasing a bunch of new customizable features and AI, I'm excited to compete with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, been happy so far. Competitive with Salesforece.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and driving sales through full cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to help sales reps control and structure their day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some limitations to reporting but very good nonetheless. Also, some enterprise features like custom objects should be in sales pro as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It is helping customers have more of a structured day.
- It's also helping managers have better visibility of their business and sales activity.
- It help me as a consultant structure my implementation better.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use--fast, simple and smart. New prospects screen brings a whole new view not seen in CRM. Reduces amount of data entry--powerful automation. Great reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
New Prospects screen solves biggest issue with Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines sales flow, allows us to work across various members of the team in a clear process, with measurement. Intuitive and easy to learn.

What do you like best about the product?
His/her ease in understanding functions and order to report sales activities and organization of sales advisors
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like much is that they took a long time to be able to establish the native connection with WhatsApp.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is very intuitive and user friendly. Makes full adoption of a CRM easier/more likely for sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Sales Hub. HubSpot has done a great job consistently evolving the tool. It can truly be tailored to fit unique needs/use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves for making the sales process efficient, transparency into metrics, insights into ideal client profile, record of engagement, forecasting of sales. Based on this we have been able to successfully evolve the sales process, tighten the focus on our ICP, accurately forecast.

What do you like best about the product?
Playbooks, calling, email, AI. Using partners to analyze the sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, and seeing indivisual metrics of sales that are associated to areas within HubSpot espeically working with Partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is allowing us to create to connect our enterprise department and Franchise network to round robin leads that have been through an SQL and MQL process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides the aspects needed for success within our sales team. It provides deep insights, easy activity tracking, and a fast track to follow along with all of our (potentional) deals. Also, a seamless way to ensure follow-up with prospects, customers, and everyone in between,
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is solving the management of a small sales team within a small organization. Sometimes smaller teams need to rely heavily on the platforms they invest in, and HubSpot Sales Hub is exactly that.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to customize Sales Hub without being a developer. I find it easy to customize as our business needs change with little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color options for reporting. I would love for HubSpot to allow us to customize the report colors to our company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline tracking and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
From prospecting to qualifying to working a prospect through the sales process to closing the deal, HubSpot Sales Hub allows our entire sales story to be viewable in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout could be a little more customizable. While fields definitely are, I think some of the coloring and layouts could be customizable at the user level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the reporting side, we did not have the ability to filter at the macro level on dashboards when we created custom reports. HubSpot recently enhanced their offering to allow this feature, which will be a true game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that I can follow a deal in HubSpot and follow up with client who are in that pipeline. The ability to add automation and workflows enables me to work smarter not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and analyzing how we are doing as a team helps us to improve our outreach and keeps our board informed.
