The amount of customization and the high level of info available

Lots of things don't work so well so you need to have an operation team available

a large amount of connexions is possible (deal front, linkedin, slack etc.), making it an essential tool for sales reps

It makes your life easier. very easy to use. if you are an organized person, this one is for you

sometimes it is just loading. But when you log out, the back in again, it gets fine

You can have a track of the leads that is needed to be followed up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this for a simple automation and enables the CRM process to be simple and flawless. Additionally setting up goals and generating reports is a smooth process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different tiers of this to CRM seem a bit ambiguous - package levels I mean. It seems like the lower tier offers very similar features to the higher tier in my personal opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with customers and see our ROI in one easy tool is a huge advantage in the advertising world. This has been a most prevalent problem that this tool has allowed to be solved.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides a comprehensive range of tools that significantly improve the sales process. The platform's user-friendly design makes it simple to handle leads, measure interactions, and cultivate connections with prospective clients. The seamless integration with the HubSpot CRM is one of the highlight features, allowing you a single view of all customer interactions and data. The email monitoring and templates are quite useful, allowing me to assess recipient interest and successfully personalize my mailings. The automation capabilities are particularly worth mentioning because they save time and ensure regular follow-ups. The reporting and analytics options are comprehensive, providing useful insights into sales success and assisting me in making informed decisions. Furthermore, the HubSpot community is active and helpful, making it simple to find solutions and share best practices. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub has significantly enhanced my sales process and productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Sales Hub has many useful features, there are a few that should be enhanced. One obvious disadvantage is the pricing structure, which may be too expensive for smaller firms or startups. While the platform's integration possibilities are admirable, some more specialist or industry-specific integrations may be unavailable, necessitating workarounds or the use of extra tools. Although the user interface is generally simple, there have been reports of minor lag or speed concerns, particularly when dealing with big amounts of data. Furthermore, while the reporting capabilities are useful, report customization possibilities might be increased to meet unique corporate needs. Overall, while HubSpot Sales Hub is an impressive CRM solution, addressing these areas of improvement would make it even more versatile and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub addresses the challenges of fragmented data, inefficient communication, lead management, and performance tracking in sales processes. By providing a unified platform with features ranging from CRM to analytics, it empowers my sales teams to work more cohesively, engage prospects more effectively, and make data-driven decisions to achieve better sales results.

Easy to create and maintain records.
Trackability of email opens and clicks.
Variety of analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I am utilizing all of the 'things'. We're a small company and just use it for the basics. Not sure if we have access to training with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping leads organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a sales representative, I have been using Hubspot to track my daily sales routine, client/prospect details, approaches, communication, timeline, and conversation.

Adding to it, it helps in tracking the status of the prospects like is they onboarded, is proposal sent and so on. It can be customed too.

Email template can be integrated too
What do you dislike about the product?
-I had quite a difficulty in learning to import my contact details from Excel with all the details at once.

-It has the ability to create a template but the template is difficult to edit all of the time.

-There is a limitation in marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Transparency in tracking the record of the leads, communications, and their status of conversion. This is helping me in forecasting the sales pipeline, set target to my teams accordingly resulting sales converion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can enter valuable data. Also, I find the overall experience to be smooth - cohesive analytics.

Integrating quick books process and occasional functionality issues.

It is helping with forecasting revenue thus playing a critical role in the company's plan to grow.

What do you like best about the product?
The type of sequences I can build on and make changes to my content with personalisation.Also the cold calling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking 2 emails into one parent email is quite difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales tracking from email to cold calls and what not. With the sequencing feature I can easily make changes to my content and make amendments
