Incredibly accessible and useful tool for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ease it creates to handle all your leads,their profiles, the email sequences and checking up for followups. The data visualization plays a big role too, along with the entire meetings module is just a blessing
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the lack of a web scraping module, where you can just have infomation scraped in by adding a profile, if this is added I believe Hubspot would be the ultimate tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely communication with clients, ease of communication in terms of emails as the only mode of communication with them. Lastly I believe the data organization and management of clients as CRM tool is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I'be been using Hubspot for over a 2 years now, and I believe Hubspot is at par one of the best easy to use tool for sales teams. User friendly user interface is something I really like about Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot pretty much caters to all the needs for a sales team and I don't see any reasons for disliking it. SaaS tools like Hubspot are must to have solutions for comprehensive anlaytics for sales pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot as CRM to record and safe keep all my sales activities right from emails, calls, meetings scheduled, deal stages, integrations with Appollo and Outplay the other CRM tools. It helps me in keeping a detailed track of ally my sales activities on day-to-day basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several CRM before but using Hubspot has maximized all the potential productivity that I can achieve with my target results. Because of it's user friendly interface and navigation tools, it's easier to track my pipeline, productivity, stages of sale, note taking, prospecting, automated email, open, click, bounceed rate. You can have it all with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had an issue with Hubspot on my entire usage of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the chaotic and manual processes for tracking of sales in businesses.

The integrations between different softwares and tools such as Slack, Amplemarket, Apollo and aircall.

That occasionally it justs drops down and crashes for like 5 minutes, it just happened with me 3 days ago, and it really stopped me.

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use and quick. the user interface is good
What do you dislike about the product?
its difficult to understand the privlege mechanism. for instance after pricing submission you literally lose control over your deal updates

It is keeping track of all my conversation which is helping me to track my deals

The ability to issue quotes connected to our stripe account has been super helpful. It's allowed us to keep track of deals, and to attribute sales to the correct person.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have a pretty serious issue with the new stripe integration beta, that screwed up our process pretty bad. but their support team was able to find a solution after a couple of days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary thing here is the ability to keep track of deals, and customers. The meeting scheduling function is great, because it automatically creates contact and deal for the customer, and saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hubs guides, Q&A section and AI are so helpful when I am looking for a solution with little time to spare. The answers are always innovative and help our sales team to find new ways to increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much information on Sales Hub sometimes it is difficult to find where to begin. I would like it to be a more seamless experience with an interactive tutorial. I would also love if it automatically suggested new trainings based on my activity.

It allows us to streamline processed and track analytics to understand customer journeys and conversion rates. Saves time and increases productivity the tasks ensure I never forget a prospect.
