Powerful and versatile CRM.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely helpful at organizing all your contacts, deals and sales prospects.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional quality of life improvements around syncing contact and deal records would be nice.
Greater options for integration between Contact and Deal records.
Better design and user friendliness in some aspects - compiling Sequences from Templates is cumbersome for example.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us manage our sales funnel and stay on top of customer conversations. It also helps to track sales input/output and analytics.

Hubspot has changed my business in a great way and I'm incredibly organized now.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is and I particularly enjoy the task/note functionality to keep me organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it takes some time for it move properties to different stages I wish it was real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized and keeping my employees accountable in all aspects of the business.
Hubspot has been an invaluable tool for me everyday when I reach to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tools build into the templates. Especially the way you can add personalizations. It has cut down my outreach time dramatically. I just gained access to the reports as well and I am excited to see the analytics. Also, being able to include documents and track when they are opened is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the personalization aspect of the templates does not work so I will have to manually enter information. Other than that I have enjoyed the tools so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send similar types of messaging to a lot of different people. It enables to do this quickly while also being able to customize each email so the recepient doesn't feel spammed.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI/UX, easy to use (like picking up an Apple product), and awesome customer support team! They are always super helpful when I have trouble with something.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to create workflows/generate highly specific reports. Great for the basics, though.

The need for a CRM, email sending/tracking, marketing, etc.

Email marketing automation with super tracking details and a great support system to enable sole queries promptly - also, love the UI interace

Price - can be lowered please? Because some companies may not be able to afford

What do you like best about the product?

Marketing tool is yet too expensive for us.

HubSpot is easy, although it took my about 30 minutes of watching someone else use it
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the sequences, although my organization does not understand sequences very well. We have 2 people actively using and 2 more with access in their accounts, all of us enjoy using it and the ease at which we can do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lists are sometimes difficult to navigate. I mainly follow leads by adding them to a list, sometimes several in a given day, and then follow each list from start to finish. If the deals and tasks sections could be more integrated with lists, maybe no longer separating them? That would be a value add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retention funnels are easy to set up using hubspot sequences, and new client discovery from our signups also goes much faster. Overal it's pipeline management for our team.
HubSpot Organizes Your Pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in HubSpot is how great it organzies your pipeline. This is especially valuable when you have multiple clients, with mulitple POCs, and mulitple people from your orgnization that interacts with client.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can take some time to get good swith. This is a very comprehenssive platform and like any product if this magnitiude, you have to committ to learning the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems in HubSpot. The platform works very well with one minor excpetion. It imports the clinets compnay information fro mthier email domain and sometimes they get it wrong.
