PERFECT CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have been bery helpful to myself anf team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything. Anything i have had an issue with out sales rep has went out of their way to help.

Automation of calling anf emails.

Managing leads, customers and performing targeted outreach
I use HubSpot literally all 8 hours of my day at work, 40 hours a week.

The ease of accessing information relevant to my occupational duties
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information isnt accurate and sometimes people are hard to locate. I would like to see a way to get current accurate information easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving me a platform to follow thru on contacts and keeps track of all my things i have to do, emails, outbound calls, etc.....

The sales tracking is good but recently there were some problems in importing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add an option to import multiple data files together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to generate business and that is the core problem it is solving.
HS has been a great CRM platform for my sales experience thus far

User friendly, ability to interface with other applications

Sometimes it does not pick up emails received/sent from OUtlook even though the two are linked, not sure why

Allows for automation so I can keep in contact with my leads, allows for tracking of new qualified leads

The viability you get into sales prospects and how easy it is to organize yourself.

I wish building dashboards was a little bit easier to use.

It's very easy to use and navigate between different parts of the tool.

There's not much to dislike - maybe a little more automation with workflows could help.

It's helping me increase my prospecting outreach and generate data on my outreach.

Super easy to use, easy to get set up, even for someone who is not formally technically trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately comes to mind. The experience has been great.

Hubspot makes it easy for us to engage with our customers through live chat on our website, and easy for us to see each customer's history, purchases, and support tickets.
Very effective to use, and Time efficient

I think the number of tools you have available. It's really nice when you go a call and you can descrive your results with the dashboard and analytics.

I think it could be simpler, because when I first used it I was a bit lost but got a hand after a week.

Well tracking all I am doing with sales outreach and so that allows me to reach as many people as possible
Good experience, wish there was a way to make quotes easier

It shows all the ifnormation in one easy to use platform. I also like to be able to track emails.

I wish making quotes were easier. It becomes a little repetitive having to type in our product name every time.

I love being able to see who reads my emails and how often they do it. I also like the email templates
