What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and has several bells and whistles!

It glitches with calls from time to time.

Keeping my outreach organzized, timely and easy.

Packed with functionality even in free version -plan to upgrade to paid in time.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. It helps me keep control over my contacts, It automatically creates contacts for me from any email I send. I can see when my contacts open my emails. I can log my calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't seem to find a way to store multiple phone numbers for a contact: it just imports one and doesn't tell me if it's their direct line / HQ number/ or mobile. But I am in the free version. I imagine this is solved in paid versions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me save time as a salesperson. I can import my contacts directly from zoominfo, I don't have to manually track emails, logging outbound calls is super easy and there is a calendar / scheduling function (like Calendly)
Best for email heavy companies. Not good for phone call sales teams.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features and is fairly customizable. Really good at managing leads and opportunities. You can pretty much have whatever level of detail you need to manage your pipeline to best fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is slow and clunky. It's too expensive for the features it has. This is not a good software for teams that are heavy on sales calls. There is no internal calling or SMS, you need to connect an outside software just to call and text. That then adds more to your expenses that are already high with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collect and store a lot of detail about the prospect. We can sort and filter out the exact type of prospect we are looking for in a matter of seconds. The insights this software provides is invaluable and it has saved us countless hours of manual work.
Handy and must have software for sales persons
What do you like best about the product?
maintains the data easily, like communicating via emails, scheduling, tracking emails, and managing various contacts for future communications. Apart from this it is quite easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
the technical glitch occurs sometimes, but eventually the support system is bit easier to reach and they guys help fortunately. And yes, sometimes it hampers via hanging in between but will work if used with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides like better working with various departments for managing in-bound and out-bpund dealings with the customer. Also, customized notes feature with filter is quite helpful while disposing.
I'm using HubSpot Sales Hub almost one year.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the emails that can redirect to the workflow send it. Also, the google calendar and email integrations are very comfortable and helpful. Also, the building reports and contact objects are very intuitive for the using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would improve the product's pricing method, especially for the multicurrency and different price types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub improves the interaction between departments, especially Sales Engineers, Support, Fulfilment and Sales.
Complex set-up, account team more interested in pushing the sale than listening to the -ve feedback
What do you like best about the product?
The sign up proces was simple, offering a free trial, but that was about it. Hubspot is a pretty all encompassing tool, but what I needed it for (sales) needs imrpovement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set-up process was clunky, didn't focus on understanding my sales workflow, rather having me fit my business process into it. I was contacted by a sales executive who was more interested in making a sale as opposed to understanding my pain points. So I went with Pipedrive which whlist it didn;t have the same level of functionality, was much easier to set up, customize to my business process, automate and integrate with all my other business systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it's not solving my problem! I was looking for a simple mechanism by which I could customize my B2B sales engagement process and whilse Hubspot can do this, it's set-up proces was very clunky and not "out of the box"
Super effective and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
Probably one of the best crm tools out there. Love the fact we can integrate with cognism makes finding contacts so much easier. Seamless and very straightforward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all so far. Althoygh it can be rather slow sometimes but besides that things are straightforward, easy to use and ynderstandable. I woukd recommend it to anyone

The problem of collating data, saving contacts in a presentable and safe place, providing detailed mapping of sales cycle and new business/ prospecting. Being flexible.

The price is quite high, especially for small businesses. Integration with certain other platforms can be a little tricky.
