It’s a good sales tool for email marketing, saving sales leads info, etc.

Email marketing is best in the tool and rest is average

It should give us more options for sales enablement workflow

We were using it for business development for sending emails to the people all over the world and checking the opening rate of emails

the general overview of customers and their lifecycle, division between business development and sales in a measured and visually understandable matter

They keep track of my contacts, track my emails, and I can create sequences to reach out to prospects.

There is no downside to using HubSpot, other than the cost.

Hubspot Marketing and Sales: Seamless Integration Empowering Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Just because a company says its products are integrated, as in the case of Salesforce, does not mean that they are. Hubspot Marketing and Sales, by nature of the design of the platform from day one, are entirely integrated, which enables pre and post-sales capabilities that are unseen in other platforms. The ability to have outbound marketing workflows trigger sequences based on customer behavioral data or score or dispositioning status, by a sales rep, without their direct involvement, is a tremendous boon. Hubspot Sales is designed for ACTION by the sales rep, not for logging or archiving, as other platforms require. My sales teams love using Hubspot as it improves their daily work. The UI for knocking out all one's tasks, the click-to-call, and the integrated view of all client activity from both marketing and sales really helps us increase the volume and velocity of our lead and deal pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot Conversation Intelligence, which is a feature of Hubspot Sales Hub, is lacking in its ability to limit recorded Zoom conversations to certain users of Hubspot Sales as well as restricting it from recording internal meetings.
Today, if you switch on the Zoom sync for Hubspot Conversation Intelligence, all recordings & transcripts will be synced and accessible to all their HubSpot account users. It is my understanding Hubspot is aware of this and working to improve this soon.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrated Calendly-like functionality, same tool for lead and deal pipeline, 360 degree view of marketing, sales, and customer success activities, a UI that makes the team want to use the tool, no need for dedicated admins / support infrastructure as with Salesforce.

Very user-friendly. Easy to find the information that's most important.

I would love some column filtering to be separately filterable so I can filter by many criteria.

Keeping me on track with my outreach prospects.
Good for Basic Tracking and Templates, but Salesforce Integration and Forms are Mediocre.

Email Tracking and templates to use in emails.

Forms are extreamly limited and require fields set-up in salesforce. Doesn't properly log emails in salesforce to opportunities and no way to fix it. Calendar scheduler needs to recognize other statuses than "free" and "busy". Tentative and out-of-office should not bookable timeslots.

Scheduling meetings and setting up reminder for meetings. Creating email templates to save time.
An ocean of functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
There are thousands of functionalities that allow you to manage all your deals efficiently and all the integrations that Sales Hub can accommodate will enable you to be more productive
What do you dislike about the product?
The association processes are way too complex and you can easily get lost when dealing with multiple deals linked between them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sales and get a better visibility on the company's activitites while allowing us to collaborate together in teams, it makes us more efficient and productive in structuring our processes
