What do you like best about the product?
That it can be integrated to certain applications related to your sales Pipeline to which you can have an ease setting up algorithms rather than doing manual labors inbetween.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a time where it turns out to be a bit slow with updates specially the typical SQL which you have to wait and can get few people confused during hours of operation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very intuitive CRM, Accurate marketing reports, Scalable automation and Internal communications. helping the entire crew in most day to day tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot is the ease of navigating the platform, how intuitive everything is organized, the accuracy of the information, the quick refresh rate of data, and the overall feel and look of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about HubSpot is that sometimes the integrations with other platforms do not work correctly, and you have to connect them again several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that HubSpot is solving are: organizing your whole leads, contacts and clients in a single and easy-to-use platform that you can navigate easily, being able to track emails that you send and analyze different analytics, and being able to schedule appointments through a scheduling link.

The platform is sometimes a bit slow, especially when navigating between views.

Despite the wide range of functionality offered by HubSpot Sales, some of our agents have called for more complex customization possibilities. When modifying the software to meet certain company needs or peculiar constraints, they could run across some restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal monitoring and pipeline management are made possible by HubSpot Sales Hub, which gives our sales teams a methodical and organized way to keep track of and manage our deals. With the help of the tools it offers, it may better understand our sales pipeline and decide which opportunities to close. These tools include those for setting priorities, creating deal stages, and tracking progress.

Easy to organize all of my conversations and tasks with contacts and companies. Allows me to prioritize and schedule my day and keep everything in one place.

the only dislike I have is that there are a few features and fucntions which I believe should be free or lower cost,

What do you like best about the product?
The way to create segmentations is the simplest and most complete compared to all the tools I have used. The fact that it is possible to change files without modifying the original link is also a very useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Brazilian solutions, like RD Station, the support and follow-up service leaves much to be desired. There is no individual follow-up or personalized responses in plans with equivalent cost. It's just the tool for the tool's sake. I do not recommend it for companies and startups that are starting their journey in inbound marketing.

Some integration issues in social media connections. Need to improve some other options and provide the details how to integrate them.

I like that the portal is user friendly, easy for me to set reminders, view my activity, peers activities, BDR activity and for everyone to be on same page as to what is happeing on each account.
