What do you like best about the product?
You can easily create properties and organize them by priority.

If you don't dedicate the time and effort you will take longer to get used to it.

It is a powerful CRM and help us keep track of all of the deals on the sales pipeline, for each salesperson.

prospect engagement, this is a numbers game and sales hub allowed me to contact multiple people in short periods of time

Makes everything simpler! HubSpot's all-in-one approach may limit the level of customization compared to specialized tools. Businesses with unique requirements may find it challenging to tailor HubSpot to their specific needs.

Easy to use, Great for CRM. Great for putting information.

Everything works well until now. Possibly could improve when it comes to making a list with more ease

A Super Easy Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface - it's bright and colourful which is always nice to look at. It's also really intuitive and user friendly. You can't really break it, which, as a first time user of a CRM platform, was a real risk for me as a super user.
I love that the academy exists and at any point, the weath of help and support at my fingertips for learning is vast. I've made it my personal mission to collect all of the badges from the HubSpot Academy.
In terms of making changes and updates to fields and users and so on, the process is so quick and easy, it really is a joy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that bothers me the most about HubSpot is that when i'm looking at my deals, I can't sort them alphabetically by associated company. It's a small thing but it really would make life easier to be able to do this.
Also, as we have the Pro package and not enterprise, the ability to duplicate deals is not available - this is some functionality that I believe would be useful across the board - i'm sure I can't be the only one who thinks this!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company invested in hubspot about a year ago, when our business development team was really small (4 of us!). We wanted the ability to combine our sales contacts with an outbound marketing tool which the platform has given us. Since then, we have acquired a company and our sales team has gone from 4 users to nearly 30. The majority of new users had limited experience of using a CRM platform and it became my primary objective to onboard the new sales team and embed them into using HubSpot. 5 months on and I can say that it is a success. We have oversight of our sales pipeline in a way that was never visible before, our sales managers can see activity and track and keep on top of their account managers, who are using the platform. Our use of sales hub is in it's infancy - we are looking forward to expanding our use of HubSpot and implementing all the functionality that the platform provides, enabling a single view of our pipeline and CRM with clarity and ease.
