Hubspot is amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user-friendly nature of the platform, as it is easy to navigate. The tabs for tasks, contacts, and companies are straightforward to access and use. Additionally, I find the LinkedIn plugin for each company record particularly useful. It allows me to find contacts directly within HubSpot without needing to visit the LinkedIn website separately. This feature streamlines the process of discovering new contacts.
Another aspect I like is the Activity Log. It enables me to track the engagement of leads by providing insights on email opens and clicks. This functionality makes it simpler for me, as a Sales Executive, to engage with leads and follow up accordingly.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I find frustrating is that there can be delays in connecting calls to mobile devices. It sometimes takes longer than expected to establish the connection.
Additionally, I would appreciate the ability to select multiple contacts simultaneously and add them to a sequence as a group. Currently, the process requires individually navigating into each company, selecting a contact, and then adding them to a sequence. It would be more efficient and user-friendly if there was an option to select multiple contacts at once, choose a sequence, and send them collectively.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is an exceptionally organized CRM and Sales Hub, designed to help employees maintain well-organized records and deliver a delightful customer experience. Its user-friendly nature contributes to its effectiveness. While it took me a day to become familiar with navigating Hubspot when I first started using it, I've also used CRMs like Salesforce that typically require extensive training before you can begin working with them effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful automation tool that is easy to use, targets a maximum number of people as per their time zone and connects with the people in an easy and effective manner. Ultimately, its boosts the sales numbers of the organization. We can schedule a bulk email sequence in a single click which is the best part of the Hubspot sales hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as such dislikes about this wonderful and powerful tool; I just sometimes had a concern about the email bounce rate, but it's not a Hubspot issue actually it totally depends upon the quality of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the major and critical problem solved by Hubspot is time management; one can schedule their work in a fully automated manner without doing it manually, which is very convenient and easy to use

Sometimes the export of contact has some issues.

Outbound sequences. It's highly customizable. It help us gain time and efficiency.

Tracking and reporting is very easy and informative to manage your business.

Some fields are not accessible through the required reporting mediums for certain values.

Hubspot is our business solution from start to end. We use it for all areas of our business from Sales to Service and Marketing.

so far i havent found anything about hubspot that im not a fan of i love the way it looks and the regular updates keep it fresh and engaging

Honestly it's just a one stop shop for everything sales it holds all my templates, documents call histories and recordings as well as much more. huge fan of it so far

I love the facilities that HubSpot offers to contact my entire portfolio of contacts. It makes it really easy to sequence and follow up with all of our customers.

Perhaps it is true that they could let the experience be customized a little more to adapt it more specifically to the business models desired by the client companies.

The follow-up to thousands of contacts that we have in our database. We can create sequences to automate various processes. In addition, we can also create individual customized templates as well.

User friendly and intuitive, Hubspot is by far the best CRM I've used in my career.

The daily email limit is frustrating, I would like to see this increased or removed.

Some buttons are not clear. If I want to edit an e-mail in my sequence. I had to first on edit e-mail.it cost me a lot of time.
