User friendly and super fast
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot Sales Hub; it has so much functionality that helps me as a BDR. Being able to call, email, and view all information on a prospect in one place in the most user-friendly way possible is so helpful. I enjoy the flexibility of the platform too. From creating practical workflows and deals settings that work for me and our team. Great product
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing I can think of that has been a downside of using HubSpot Sales Hub. The countries one can call are pretty limited, and the tool needs to be supplemented by an external calling tool. This is a pity, as the calling feature is so good compared to what is out there. But, being in a global company, we need to be able to call countries where we currently cannot using HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool where our whole team can easily see the entire sales process as one big picture. It has improved our productivity and made the sales process a delight.
Good but can be better

Yoy can integrate calles directly into client history
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant make individual snippets for specific users, like how intercom has macros. dissapointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for communicating with client on mass.
Flexible and intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and intuitive, but with a lot of features as well. The support is fast and responsive as well. Training new users of the platform is very easy, and usually they manage to navigate through HubSpot by themselves within the first day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some key features, like A/B testing of sales emails, should be available to more plans in my opinion. Sometimes there are reliability issues, but very rarely overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to overview our sales outbound activities. Additional functions like being able to call easily through the platform itself are a big plus. HubSpot also serves as a good platform to track deals and store documents part of the entire sales process.
A Necessary tool
What do you like best about the product?
the easy of use for operation team to build activity dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
the gmail integraion sometimes does not work, and you have log emails maually

A need for a CRM that actially works :)

I believe that certain bugs make me unable to use it and that's what I dislike, it doesn't happen often though.

It helps me keep track of the progress I make with prospects and also keep track of the deals.

Very user friendly and easy to undertand CRM tool.

The options to custimize hubspot for your own needs could be better.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is one of the tools that i've found easiest to use in my time being in sales. Highly integratable, and I can adapt the solution to my needs. The support team are great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I found hardest to use about HubSpot Sales Hub was in the beginning of onboarding the solution. There are so many moving parts that keeping track of how I was leveraging it was hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is helping me with automating the entire sales process. This leaves me more time to focus on closing my accounts! It also helps me to track everything which means I don't lose any clients.
Hard at first coming from a different crm
What do you like best about the product?
The best is the workflows once you find them, as well as the customer support experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you need workflows to change leads status is very annoying. This should be able to to from within the leads and not from within the contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call recording is very helpful as well as the dashboards. I didn't have enough overview of what my team is doing.
Easy and Elegant to use
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of access being able to view all the details all in a single page without needing to open additional pages. And it's very user friendly even for first timers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing particular to dislike about HubSpot sales, It has a lot of great features and customisations which can be tweaked to perfection I never found any one particular thing that I dislike here

It helps solve all problems regarding customer relationship management like getting in touch with customers, scheduling meetings, being able to add notes and being able to view information all in one page.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides easy access and maintenance of the leads and contacts for my day-to-day routine. As an experienced Sales professional who used various CRMs in my earlier organizations, I would rate 9* for HubSpot Sales in terms of automation, analytics, reports and email-tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though HubSpot provides various features, it is pretty complex for new users to get accustomed to the platform. Due to overwhelming features, the user might also need to spend extra time learning.

HubSpot Sales Hub helped me solve the problem of disorganization in the sales process by providing a centralized platform to track and manage contacts, leads, and deals. It improved my efficiency and ensured that sales teams had a clear view of their pipeline and tasks.
