Working with HubSpot Sales is Futuristic!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot is that it is compatible with my mobile device! I can make a sale anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is amazing I do not have a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales solves any problems regarding organization of leads and what they offer.
Solid experience so far, has helped my sales team in many ways.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity has definitely been a positive experience. It is very easy to onboard new members to our sales team this way. Looking forward to new features over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more room for automation, I believe the third party features should be integrated instead of having to download and deal with separate companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with the many contacts in our industry. Having the ability to automate our communications and track any incoming or outgoing emails/site visits.
An effective CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
It provides the exact amount of visibility and necessary variety as well to keep any organization on top of its sales funnel. The dashboard functions are also a very effective visual tool to quickly and accurately display all the relevant info needed on the current sales pipeline to all levels of an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would definitely benefit from both an increase in plug-in functionality, and also a greater level of dedication to reviewing and storing information on sales calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forms an effective CRM tool for the main functions needed in an organization's sales vertical. Does so for a fair price, with little to no major technical issues (downtime, glitches, etc.)
East to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage execute sales through different stages and pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easily navigating and using diifetent attributes for different pipelines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to magnate sales pipeline and easily track and record where sales are in the process.
Better than other CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with Salesforce in the past, and I think that hubspot is more geared towards a reasonable work environment. It's harder for managers to micromanage and keeps the stress off the employee. Generally a pretty great CRM, and while it still has flaws its still my favorite so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything crucial at the moment to be honest. I think that it could use a little adjusting on the way graphs work when you make the window smaller, since I have to zoom in to find my name sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that it benefits me quite a bit on my day to day workload - It's pretty easy to craft a workflow, move tasks around, find good deals, check on my tickets, etc.
Simple. Effective. East to use.
What do you like best about the product?
After using salesforce for years I finally had the opportunity to use Hubspot and love it. It's simple easy to organize all your sales activity and all the integrations with other tech products makes it seamless for prospecting and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall functionality could be better in terms of the user experience. I think things could be better presented and organized. It seems a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it really easy to organize all our sales deals in a unique way. The emailing from the platform is super easy too and if you have an integration with something like Appollo, prospecting takes only minutes.

Email cadences are simple and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the future date for cadence should be blocked off and it is not.

Helping with my email cadences and saving me time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access and fine tune communicating with potential prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information for one contact bleeds into or changes entirely for other contacts, which causes a lot of confusion

All contact possibilities, cadenced, with results graphs that help you develop better strategies.

Nothing to complain about the tool. It works very well.

HubSpot + Sales
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot is that it can help me to manage and save time by automatically sending email campaigns and ordering my lead's contacts. I've been using HubSpot for almost 6 months and I can see traction in my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to enroll more contact in one email sequence at once, this will help me to save more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the process of sending several manual emails to prospect new clients and help me to automatize and personalize the email campaigns that I send every day.
