One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting on HubSpot and also the way it organizes my tasks. I use HubSpot Sales Hub everyday to make sure I am reaching out to every prospect in our database and this makes it so organized and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes in the middle of the day and I won't be able to use it. There is really no way for me to fix this but maybe a larger server is required to keep it running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve having cold prospects. I am on a consistent basis reaching out to everybody in the database frequently enough so they aren't just sitting there.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it give you all options of CRM. You can track deal sizes, Communications. On top of that they have extensions that will help keep the conversation going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that It's not that easy to customize. Let's say you want to a custom website with your own style and Branding it's quite hard to do. But the sales hub has no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of tracking client conversations manually, hub spot helps me keep record easily. Also instead of using too many tools to achieve the task of communication. Hubspot has it all.

it simplifies the sales process and reduces lag

It's easy to use once you get the hang of it and it really helps to give you a quick overview of where you are in the sales month and which clients to prioritise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the speed were a bit faster, not sure if it's my internet connection but my home wifi is pretty fast so maybe the loading time of pages could be better?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising leads, finding leads contact details and helping me to prioritise which leads needs following up. Definitely more productive and confident about tackling projects and targets because of it.

in my opinion Hubspot has one of the cleanest CRM interfaces that ive seen. I find myself missing hubspot all the time now that im using salesforce in my new role

I liked that the CRM and the outreach tool was all in one spot. I could keep my sales activities nice and clean while updating the CRM at the same time, all in one window.

I was just starting my career in tech sales when I first used it so I didn't have the eye to catch any areas of improvement.

Keeping track of our prospects and keeping track of my sales activity.

Organize the tasks for the complete process and achieve correct pre-sale management.

Negative, it has always been the updates that slow down the system and throw errors.

We moved to Hubspot from Zoho and immediately saw the benefit of connectivity to other productivity tools and added sophistication to our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales were helpful when it came to managing your pipeline. I have used it during my job at Revolut, and it was a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not much that I didn't like about Hubspot. Still, one thing that was not very helpful was that my Google account was getting deactivated as maybe the emails were being out of the prescribed limit, which i was not able to manage with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the existing and new pipeline have been very beneficial for me.
