What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to teach, lots of online resources and videos
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not meant for schools. We have districts, schools, instead of companies. We have done a bunch of developing t make it work

What do you like best about the product?
Free flow of content, ability to connect Customer with Transaction easily, ability to send meeting notices to Customers via email
What do you dislike about the product?
The full contact information for the Contact being in a separate window than the transaction page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to contact customers more efficiently

The search engine and data entry for HubSpot are incredibly easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit cumbersome to make changes of old data at times, but that's more of an issue with our internal data entry than with HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great having a consistent database of information as well as an all-in-one way to track communication.

Ease of use; intuitive, ability to link parent and child companies in a market with constant mergers and buyouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar and email links seem to "drop off" at times and has to be reset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking most recent call and email.
Fantastic experience for sales organizations to keep orginized information
What do you like best about the product?
I find that the Hubspot interface is super easy to use. I like how you can choose to search for a contact or company.
I love how when you add a new contact, Hubspot auto-generates the company information. The ability to autogenerate the company information saves me tons of time!
I also love the forecast feature, it presents opportunities very clearly, and I love how you can add "Next Steps." Next Steps helps me stay organized and on task.
I also really enjoy the task reminders! I always set up task reminders to make phone calls, and the email Hubspot generates has a clickable link that brings you to the account or contact!
Overall, adoption to Hubspot was easy for me and I highly recommend it to other sales organizations.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found a way to filter companies by city or zipcode. I wish that was added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is automatically tracking my emails sent with the Outlook integration so I can keep track of messaging to my prospects and clients. It helps me organize my pipeline, and keep track of sales.
Game changer for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I used Salesforce previously for my entire career. This was the first job I've ever used HubSpot, and it's been a complete game changer for prospecting and follow-up. This is all predicated on sequences. With the single click of a button, I can now schedule out 3-4 prospecting emails over the course of a month, for a single contact. It's also helped immensely with post-demo follow-up. You no longer have to worry about the last time you touched a prospect, just put them in a sequence and Hubspot will do it for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that it's sometimes too robust and clunky. Salesforce is very clean and organized, and this sometimes has the feel of being all over the place. The best way to manage this is to ensure the entire company and team are on the same page on the best ways to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Hubspot solved was being able to manage a pipeline more efficiently. It allows you to better stay in touch with all prospects at at all times, without ever worrying about forgetting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly HubSpot is. It really allows me to track my progress and see the status of each account that I am working on. It was very easy to learn how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could really filter your dead status vs lead. I found out how to do it but it would rarely work. I didn't have many problems with Hubspot, mostly positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding customers in certain regions. It benefits us as we can have all of our leads under one system with no confusion on who is working on what account. Love it!
Invaluable Tool to Take Your Business to a Higher Level
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to organize my sales steps. I work at a 4 person startup so things get messy and fall through the cracks all the time. Hubspot helps me take care of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like HubSpot to integrate with marketing in a way that can help me work cross functionally on sales campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working at a startup there are many things to prioritize, clean up and discover. I can track my progress with accounts as well as build new processes to expand our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so simple anyone can use it. And it you run into issues, they have the best chat I have found with any application I have worked with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features I wish were a part of the Professional plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have much visibility into the our Sales Pipeline before implementing Hubspot. Everything is so clear now. Becuase we have visibility we can start to manage and tweak our sales process to win more deals.
