Great tool to stay on top of things
What do you like best about the product?
The suggestions when creating emails and the ease of use when sending emails. Also love how simplified adding companies to the platform by using the domain name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using HubSpot for true cold outreach at times can lead to emails being flagged and not going through, even with having the right email. Would love to see a better scale on how an email will get over barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out documents in a neat and trackeable link to ensure clients are seeing relevant material. Scheduling directly with clients. Keeping track of team ownership and accountability
Smart and integrated
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with google suite is very helpful and smart, I also like the idea of having all information regarding my team and my performance at my disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, sometimes the platform can be a little slow, probably when they are updating something on the system, but you need a good to excellent PC to be able to use it without any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy and quick to have a platform that unites all of the tools needed to do the entire process of support to a client, it makes me quicker on responding to customers due to HubSpot notifications.
Easy platform for small business sales
What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest CRM I've used to onboard new hires who may not have ever used a CRM before in their previous roles. It's intuitive and easy to integraate with many other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really be upset this tool as it does everything I need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having to have a CRM that May salespeople can operate out of while giving visibility and easy tracking integrations.
Customizable, Oversized, Somewhat Inefficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can customize so many aspects of your work without needing an official admin. Past orgs with Salesforce got so behind because everything had to flow through one person, but here you can make the adjustments you need quick, so it works great for a small start up like us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility in the views. Something like a side-by-side view of a list and the main pages (sort of like gmail inbox where you have your list of emails on the side and one main viewing window) and other things like that would be useful. Also the UX is tough - everyhting is so oversized that it's hard to get a super highlevel view without a ton of scrolling.

I love that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate

I don't like how sometimes it fails to snyc up my tasks 100% correctly.

It is simplifing tasks amongst my colleagues and we are able to track each others performance and history.
Good integration. Good uptime
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for easy tracking with our call system - it has excellent uptime and is easy to train new users on; the UI is easy on the eyes and allows for easy navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't enough integration with other call systems. If they had a wider availability for integration, it would promote growth and allow for people to switch between call systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for tracking of customers and allows for users to communicate with their contacts. It also allows for one click calling through aloware integration, which saves us time.
Highly recommend avoiding
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting although limited did have a unique view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team and billing team overpromised and did not deliver. Integrations are not as promised, the scheduling feature built is way too limiting, and SEO tools are not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales does not solve the problems in reality, as it is way too limiting.
The best CRM in the world
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive, it has courses with certificates that make us experts in the tool, the dashboards and automatic tasks are very useful, and the contact with clients is phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some flows and graphs should have a more detailed explanation about how they work.

It allows me to contact clients at any time and place, by chat, email, or calls.
