What do you like best about the product?
In our experience, the integration with HubSpot's marketing hub is flawless and perhaps the best value for money as a 'suite'. We get full visibility with content engagement and can reference this with our prospects. Examples such as which whitepapers they downloaded or which pricing pages they visited, allowing them to prioritize leads based on genuine intent rather than cold outreach. When paired with service hub, the transition becomes even more meaningful because as soon as a deal closes, the account information and technical specs are instantly accessible to our customer success team, ensuring a reliable onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things, we integrate with NetSuite and it can be sluggish and require full re-syncs with no real explanation why. I wish there was a more cyclical release schedule of updates as it happens too frequently and poses an inconvenience to our users. Lastly, would just like to see more CPQ functionality, we're forced to use third party integration rather than something native.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what problems it's solving but the system allows me to simplify my analytics to one hub which is the main value to me.

Optimizing Sales via Hubspot Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall centralization of our CRM, deals, processes and client communication happening all within one tool. I think the biggest advantage is the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive, unfortunately, you start to find that you need Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, and Service Hub for enhanced customer service. When you least expect it, you have purchased the entire software in many parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work together on client deals, provide transparency within the company, and have a central system of truth regarding client data. The business has grown because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a RevOps specialist working with HubSpot's Sales Hub, I've had the opportunity to work with many clients from all over the world. My favourite tools are worflows, sequences and palybooks
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides to the Sales Hub as well. One challenge that I've encountered is the platform's limited option for in-depth reporting by using the meta data of the properties. Also, I would like to have stage restriction that will stop reps from jumping stages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a RevOps specialist, HubSpot's Sales Hub has benefited me in several ways. It has helped me streamline and optimize sales processes for my clients, allowing them to move deals through the pipeline more efficiently and effectively. The platform's robust reporting and analytics capabilities have also helped me identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, Sales Hub's automation features have helped me save time on repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus on higher-value activities such as building relationships with prospects and improving sales performance.

What do you like best about the product?
the workflows , easy integration and constant updates that kayle provides and the ability to take certifications that proves your knowledge in the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
some features like sequences has to be done manually and cant be integrated into the workflows

identifiy all the leads contacts and the associated companies that they are under while providing the details about the contacts in depth (where they came through to us) and help to high light who to target and the follow up rate

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy to understand. The UI is very basic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't feel like things flow as well together. Kinda blocky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to track inbound and outbound leads. Track status of deals through pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to have all your information put together in one simple place to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being limited to only sending a certain amount of emails a day can become annoying at times, but not enough to not use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to not only reach out to a ton of potential customers, but also tracking who is opening what and when.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub keeps all my contacts organized, allows my sales team to work from a common email address, and ensures no inbound conversations slip through the cracks. Support is helpful in finding solutions (although not always elegant) to problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many quirks and non-intuitive behaviors in Sales Hub that it's hard to get it to do what I want.

For example, Sales Hub has a hard time connecting contacts from the same company with the same deal. Our company works with several people from a client company (point of contact, license approver, legal team, billing team, etc), and Sales Hub can't automatically connect these people. It's very difficult to do it manually.

Another example is that Sales Hub shows the last time a 'deal' was contacted. However, if an employee from my company is associated with the deal (e.g. the sales agent), any email sent to my sales agent will update the apparent date that the deal was last contacted - even if the email sent to my sales agent wasn't associated with the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub helps me keep track of sales leads and manage a shared email inbox among sales representatives. It also manages booking meetings with availability from shared google calendars.

What do you like best about the product?
The features that allow you to strictly monitor your potential customers are excellent, as are the number of options to solve purely sales issues.
Nothing escapes you if you know how to use Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps due to the fact that it has so many options and possibilities, it is common that at first you do not get the most out of it.
The user must be trained in advance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all business opportunities centralized and be able to track them through the sales funnel.
I don't miss any opportunity and it gives me accurate metrics.
Thanks to this, my closing rate has increased and the company is more productive.
