Love how we can streamline our business activities across teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I can track everything I need in multiple views, create reports, track activities, and book meetings in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could add taxes into Hubspot quotes by region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can make quotes and complete transactions, I can track conversations with prospects and clients, I can book meetings.
The best Sales CRM to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It helped to maintain contacts, company records, deals, dashboards, pivoting and much much more. The team had ease to pitch to prospects and eventually helped with productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is way too high for the entire tool and it can wlbe worked upon. Also the tabs are not properly aligned to the worksheets. Data migration is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve a lot of problems in terms of data storage, meeting invitation, meeting scheduler, etc. It has also helped us in terms of data visibility for teams.
Email Tracking and Backup
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me in various ways, making my work more manageable in the following methods:
1. I can track my emails and check if someone has opened my email.
2. It helps me assign a specific reminder to follow up.
3. It also acts as a backup of my email.
4. HubSpot extension also makes things easier for me as I can check sent emails and the tracking service from the extension itself, and I do not have to visit the website to do the same.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though I did not find many things I do not like, I am currently in the early stage of using HubSpot.
However, I wouldn't say I like that it has the most useful features like email sequence only in the paid version, whereas its competitors are given the same qualities in their free version.
Hubspot should give some extra features in their free version so that people can decide before paying for their service.
Also sometimes,t the notification emails from HubSpot are delayed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data is the most important in my field, and I must keep track of my client data. HubSpot keeps that data safe for me. Even if I mistakenly delete an important email, it still holds a backup of this email. Further it shows me if someone has opened my email, which makes it easier to follow up.
Streamlined user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything you need in a CRM and nothing you don't. It can be as robust as you need it but not cluttered at the same time. This makes it very easy to stay well-maintained and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads to opportunities flow lacks a little bit. However, this is just a minor inconvenience for the sake of answering the question. It's really not an issue, just could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking new leads and moving them through the sales cycle. It helps us create actionable reports and monitor our outbound sales efforts in real-time. It also helps us with meeting scheduling.
Great for SMB's
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool and Small and Medium Size Businesses. I really like the Meeting and the sequences feature. Overal, It's worth the money spent considering the number of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I really like the sequences feature, it could be better since there is no option for new threads. The sales reporting feature certainly needs to be better and simple to understand.

It's helping me keep a record of my activities and deals. It has also helped me automate a lot of tasks and saved me a lot of time

I like the marketing that hubspot sales provides. It is easy to use and navigate.

There is a learning curve with HubSpot Sales. There is a need for training

Contacting customer in mass by using the email marketing tool. Also using the reports to track how you are pacing for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, send sequence emails, and keep track of leads. Never had any issues when using the program, unlike other programs I have used. Overall had a great experience when using HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I would've changed, would be the ability to enroll multiple people in a sequence at one time. There may be a way to do it, I was never taught it so I'm not sure.

It was a great way to keep track of leads, track progress and metrics, and connect with contacts. It was very simple to use, and never had any issues that needed fixing.
Good tool but for big companies
What do you like best about the product?
It has a wide range of features so you can automate many things. We managed a lot of leads (+10,000) seamlessly, and email tracking works well for us. You can have several campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is too high for small companies. Sometimes it was difficult to creat customized email templates, requires some kind of expertise in development.

We had a centralized database of +10,000 and could run several campaigns to get sales leads. Then we could nurture them with the email tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I experience best is how easily one can trace the client journey and help the lead towards decision-making. Based on the provided data, you should be able to discover a way to send notifications on instant leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because you have so many choices, it might be difficult to figure out everything on your own. However, you can't use everything and must pay for your plan for some features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing strategy and having a single source of truth allow us to more consistently monitor performance and projections, and being able to track all operations is a huge bonus.
