Excellent CRM for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, I think is very intuitive and easy to do! Is very dynamic and volatile as well and you can sync it with Apollo. Simply everything I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when sending an email the content changes and the there are not many options to format the email in a more professional way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and sync my clients information and different stages, from point of contact until and hopefully, closed deal.

Their educational platform is conducive to our teams by helping us fully optimize the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey but very intuitive and not overburdened with too many features.

Hubspot sales provide a flawless overall user experience. It has a clean and easy-to-use graphical user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
The overall cost is on the higher side, if we consider other options available in the market.
One has to take enterprise edition due to some limitations it offers.

Hubspot Sales hub provides a single platform to perform all team activities and is easy to track as well due to transparency among the users. It helps our team to stay organized and uniformed.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, any user can refer to the guidelines and start working from day 1. The best is the way contacts are associated with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such for now, has been using the sales hub and does provide all basic requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it is directly connected with the form submission with our website, so online lead directly comes into CRM and the notification does to respective individual.

It allows us to identify business leads and how to leverage that information for reporting, prospecting, and researching prospects.
Great CRM and tracking leads!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is HubSpot a great CRM, but you can do or link all of your emails and 'touches' with clients and prospective clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find it easy to find a way to export a client list by address for a physical mailing.

It helps me keep track (and schedule) conversations with clients.

The most helpful features for me are the outreach sequencing, ability to use templates and personalization features throughout the platform as well as integrations for gmial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have come across a very few UI things that were not too limiting, but more like "why not make it just a bit easier" in some areas. But very little things I disklike so far about hubspot.

Repeatable sales outreach, staying on task, deal pipelines.

Keep track of all sales activities. Good analysis tools for sequences. Good tracking tools and integration with other software.

Some actions need to be streamlined like adding contacts to sequences. Also no integration or automation of linkedin actions.

Communication across all the organization rgarding sales efforts. No doubling efforts. Keeping track of prospects and clients history and development
Incredible tool but high investment cost required
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sale Hub is incredible if you combine it with all other tools from the Hubspot CRM suite. It provided many tools that helped our Sale team keep track of deals, contacts and business. As it can be integrated into different marketing channels it allowed our sale team to evaluate customer purchased intention as well as better view and coordinate their work with the marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot Sale Stater is a great tool but lacks the automation capability that makes it truly remarkable for a small business. As your Sale team inputs a lot of property and data manually, there is a lot of space for error and missing or incomplete contact, business or deal data. This would not be an issues if you have an experience sale team with intermedia to advance your level of data literacy and are comfortable with a CRM. But if your team are new to CRM and how they work be prepared for a lot of resistant your sale team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed for a unified place to track deals, contacts, and businesses and show the relationship between them. It also allowing our team to collaborate on complex sale deal with out having to wasting time with multiple internal catch up and meeting.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Using Salesforce in the past, this is like a breath of fresh air. Easy to store templates and create sequences. Downloading Lists is Easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, actually after using Salesforce this was just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders, Tasks, and Emailing multiple people with ease. Really it is simple to set up sequences with no real training.
