Incredible tool but high investment cost required

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sale Hub is incredible if you combine it with all other tools from the Hubspot CRM suite. It provided many tools that helped our Sale team keep track of deals, contacts and business. As it can be integrated into different marketing channels it allowed our sale team to evaluate customer purchased intention as well as better view and coordinate their work with the marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot Sale Stater is a great tool but lacks the automation capability that makes it truly remarkable for a small business. As your Sale team inputs a lot of property and data manually, there is a lot of space for error and missing or incomplete contact, business or deal data. This would not be an issues if you have an experience sale team with intermedia to advance your level of data literacy and are comfortable with a CRM. But if your team are new to CRM and how they work be prepared for a lot of resistant your sale team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed for a unified place to track deals, contacts, and businesses and show the relationship between them. It also allowing our team to collaborate on complex sale deal with out having to wasting time with multiple internal catch up and meeting.

Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use. Using Salesforce in the past, this is like a breath of fresh air. Easy to store templates and create sequences. Downloading Lists is Easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, actually after using Salesforce this was just amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders, Tasks, and Emailing multiple people with ease. Really it is simple to set up sequences with no real training.

What do you like best about the product?
Bring able to keep track of deals and even being able to nurture contracts through hubspot is great! I love the fact that I am able to integrate with my outbounding tool Apollo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a tool for finding contact information on prospects. Then they would be a all in one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of deals is a major benefit especially in a start up company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integrations with other programs, for example, Cloutalk, WhatsApp, Intercom, among others, which guarantee us traceability and transparency in our daily activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, integration processes tend to be a bit delayed, and sometimes certain calls do not synchronize with the system, which means I have to enter directly from the original platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to close sales cycles, provide greater follow-up to the user to obtain a response, understand their needs, extract reports, and communication via API which integrates with the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Sales Hub's sequencing feature, especially the visualizations that make it easy to track extensive prospecting efforts. It also integrates smoothly with popular websites such as Gmail and ZoomInfo. The customizable dashboards are handy for customizing the tool to my company's sales efforts. It is superior to both Salesforce and SugarCRM - that I used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, inactive users can cause sequences to be paused, preventing contacts from being connected to other lines. It'd be great is they added a feature that automatically removes people from sequences started by inactive users would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is an excellent tool for salespeople to track their progress throughout the purchase cycle. It allows me to track the status of prospects, assign tasks to them, and keep track of previous engagements. This boosts my productivity and allows me to close deals more efficiently (a 60% increase in the previous year).

What do you like best about the product?
I would like to start by praising the easy to understand user interface of Hubspot Sales Hub. A perfect amalgamation of splendid user journey and friendly user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard of the product could be a bit more organized in the same place. Specially the lead records keeping part where the segmentation of leads tale place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel the product has evelved in terms of user understanding and has refined the user journey by making all available tools gather in the same place for better user engagement

Clean intuitive UI with a well-rounded feature set.

Didn't dislike a lot. Full-text search in notes may have been a sore point but otherwise a fantatstic experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Activity tracker lets me know the cadence at which I should follow up with prospects as well as how soon to check on open items for active cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
To-do lists are designed for single tasks. My client contacts are continuous. I'd like an option that is friendlier to ongoing contact and notification when that contact is active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform tracks interaction with outbound emails and website interaction, pipeline progression of existing deals for my own record keeping as well as reporting to management.
