What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HubSpot is to use; I really like how you can track source logs for each specific field, reports, deal forecasting, chrome extension, etc. It offers a lot of native integration and custom webhooks, which is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as such about HubSpot that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage leads and customer information in once place.

What do you like best about the product?
Never forget a follow-up with a potential lead. You can use automatizations (sequences) to follow up or use the tasks feature. Sequences are powerful as they allow a variety of use cases, e.g. combining mails, with tasks, reminders, calendar invites, etc.
HubSpot allows you to integrate your quotes, have an overview of your current deals, and see what each person on your team does. It`s great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a universe on its own and although it is fairly intuitive one should spend time learning, personalizing, and making it as efficient as possible. That can vary greatly from organization to organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used different tools in the past and it was always difficult to have a complete overview what each person works on. This is completely solved with HubSpot. It makes the entire process transparent.

What do you like best about the product?
I have migrated to HubSpot twice and now work in a HubSpot shop. The platform is easy to use and very easy to set up and train people on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features missing - for example, the forecasting is not very good. You can't manipulate the forecast as easy as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to easily see sales activity which helps determine how deals are progressing through the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a one-shop-stop for all the CRM, sales and pipeline visibility. It allows for lots of integrations and allows users to make full use of the pipeline tracking and nurturing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a reason why hubspot is so popular compared to others, but there are a few things where hubspot can improve upon. First is that when one completes a mail campaign, there is no way to download all the lead details. Hubspot only provides open/click data for leads for email campaigns. Second, sometimes it take hours for the email campaigns to get approved from the hubspot team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot fills the vacuum of integrated sales and marketing efforts to get everything in one place. Moreover it gives great visibility for all stakeholders over the current pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is, HubSpot CRM is easy to understand and quite user-friendly. The tutorials they initially provide help users understand each module in a better way.

There is nothing that I feel bad while using HubSpot sales hub. However, there is only thing that can be improved a bit which is its loading time. Also, there should be a mob app too.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is at its best. It helps me to create workflows based on my priority and I can send timely sequences. I also use the tool for lead generation and generating tasks.

I like the tool very much there is nothing to dislike

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales is very easy to use. It is intuitive and helps guide you through the set up and learning process.

There are amazing resources to learn how to utilize the systems and it is flexible with customizable options. Which means it matches how I do my business processes. You donnot have to change the way you do business to match the software.

The thing I like best is the reliability of search engine. I can count on my search results in as many ways as I want to view my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can be high for smaller businesses with limited revenue or one starting out. While there is a free version that is very powerful, a business trying to grow may encounter reaching the limits very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me to keep track of my clients, our conversations, and the sales process in one place. I can quickly view my next tasks in an organized report and know exactly what I need to do next. It helps me to stay organized and focused.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and navigate. Leads are managed efficiently because of the layout and interface.

None so far. Perhaps a calendar page for a summarized view of all scheduled meetings booked by clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized; you can easily filter to make sure you will be able to call and prioritize the contacts that you should be calling. Easy to manage and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I like using it Hubspot and i am used to it every day. it's part of my everyday work week :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is really no issue in Hubspot, We are using it for contacts for voting.
