Insightful sales engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
there are namely multiple features such as sequences that it helps me with to track my key accounts and materialize deals secondly analytical and amazing reporting tools that make conversion time very fast paced and decision making easy
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience so far onboarding has been a challenge and would like to be addressed in the newer version apart from this automation has also been quite slugish for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in understanding the impact of our efforts and how much energy , time and cost shall be equally involved. Just a great assistant for email marketing, key account management and scheduling along with better understanding of analytics to drive sales and operate the department in better way

What do you like best about the product?
Th sales features are very robust and sync very well with the rest of HubSpot. Everything is centrally tracked by contact, company, or deal. It's very easy to train sales staff to hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need tighter controls. For example, anyone in a sales pipeline can move deals to other stages, which can sometimes result in errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, managing, and enabling sales.
Good for users, really tough for admins
What do you like best about the product?
Really like some of the built-in features such as company roll up properties, playbooks, meeting links, and how you can sort activities for our sales users. The roll-up properties are natively filterable like "Number of Open Deal", "Number of Associated Contacts" which are great filters in reports or in list views. Also really like the Playbooks feature as it makes compiling important data easy to find and populate for end users. Keeping meeting links and activities simple and straightforward also makes it easy for end users to all the prospect activity in a single pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything related to being an admin. Some of the toughest challenges presented to admins are to improve data quality and without some of the basic validation functionality available in other CRMs its really hard to enforce certain process or data capture that is hugely helpful to strategic insights.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, it solved the challenge that often arises with startups which is overcomplicating the tech stack with tons of tech you think you need. All of the GTM motions were in one place, marketing, sales, quoting. But that was before the org started maturing and asking more of its teams and systems as it relates to data and process.
Best Integrated Marketing Tool In The Market!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is an all-in-one platform for an inbound strategy that aligns with sales and marketing needs. I like how the email workflows make naturing leads into customers easier. Creating email templates and sequences is a breeze that can be automated. I love how you can share meeting links and other features, such as integration with social media sites, especially; Linkedin. On the marketing side, the landing pages we create are so easy that anyone can do it. The HubSpot Academy I love! It is the icing on the cake. It teaches you everything and anything you need to know and understand about using the software. You can also pick up your phone and call; they are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For large email campaigns, the automation of tasks can become a little cumbersome. A backlog of overdue tasks can build up each day. I wish the overdue tasks could be obliterated from the current workflow and placed into new workflows without duplication of another task that causes task numbers to increase. There may be a solution, researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping me connect, engage and close contacts. On the marketing side, creating landing pages. We will also bring over our website to HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the clean integration and supreme support. I have never NEVER not been contacted by support when requested outside of 10 minutes. This has to be the best support platform on the planet. And riddle me this. - my need/question/concern whatever is corrected on the call. Love them

A tweak I would make is the import and export to be a bit cleaner. Meaning bulk requests

Everything SF does not. First off DUPLICATE records. Slam dunk HS. Central solutions and scalability posture

Very user friendly, easy to understand tool. Matches the requirement as per our company standards.

The UI is very intuitive and easy to train people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many drop-downs make it hard to find the relevant data at times of need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an efficient tool, but its major flaw is that it can be easily modified by anyone with access, making data integrity questionable.

convenient in project management-related tasks; tasks feature is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
from administrator perspective it's quite lacking on the operations side - a lot of information gets lost/disorganized; some unassigned tasks for instance never get visibility; sometimes company gets auto-created repeatedly. there's also a lack of integrations/the integrations that do exist are not very user friendly (i.e. Zapier/Wix require coding/webhooks).

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped us grow our Cleaning Business considerably since we started in 2021. We have had a smooth experience with the Gmail inbox linked to the CRM, HubSpot email tracker and notifications with Chrome and HubSpot mobile application.
As a first-time user, it was quite easy to use the platform. The demo videos and the free user tutorials were easy to understand and useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There can be confusing glitches like different users shown as owners for contacts/companies. The email tracker hasn't always been accurate. The payment plans have been expensive.

It keeps track of everything that happens with a company from the moment we approach a client.
