Fast reliable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and very helpful to make sure I stay on track. Also when communicating with clients I love the feature that tell me they have seen my emails that tells me they are either reading it and looking further into my questions or they are about to respond to me and I'm already ready to read and respond back making it seem as if I am always available for any of our clients conserns or questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to connect it to my phone and laptop and make calls by starting on my laptop and auto activate it to my phone.(I can select call on HubSpot on my laptop and it automatically starts a call on my phone)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who is and isn't already working with us it's great for managing our accounts and not bothering our clients with repeated pitches and deals/ emails.
Hubspot is intuitive, simple, and customized.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to pick up; it's really straightforward in terms of the interface. I also love the customization in the search features and how you can adjust your views to be specific to the information you need at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of our business, I think our reps get confused (however, some need more training) on how to track a single facility, versus a physician group, versus a hospital system. It would be nice if a feature compared new entries to what is already in the system so we could avoid duplicates at conception.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mostly helpful for tracking our business in sales, and the relationships we have with the facilities we work with. It is also a hub for contact information.

I love that you can queue up calls and easily roll through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to send mass emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of using multiple windows on my computer to track calls.
I can't imagine using anything other than Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very user friendly and simple platform to enter the information we need for our sales & marketing team. The dashboard feature is very helpful when presenting the data to the Executive team. And I love Hubspot Academy! Also, the Hubspot community is great to discuss any issues, give suggestions to the development team (which they do respond to!) and of course, network with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a a few small issues with editing meeting messages but we have found a work around. The development team does listen to suggestions and keeps the community informed about improvements and new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives the inside look at the activity of your prospects. That really helps us to focus in on those prospects that are interested in our message. And they go to the top of our call list! Opens and clicks are a great thing!

It is a best tool for lead management and enhance to bring more sales outcome.

I don't feel any negative thing using hotspot.some times i found very slow in updating the things .That i advice to improve further.

It will help for the data management and calling updated on daily basis and understand upcoming follow ups and further information on the upcoming sales closure
Great CRM for small businesses. Not quite there for the higher education industry though.

Mass communication at the click of a button

Does not function well for the publishing industry in higher education. Need more "department" and "class" level rather than company.

More expansive than our last CRM. Able to easily track and reach our target accounts, monitor dollars closed, etc.
Task based goodness
What do you like best about the product?
Daily tasks can easily be assigned, edited, and actioned. Fast-paced O/S lends well to keeping up with our start-up environment.
Others focus on cadence steps which can become over-complicated at scale. With sales hub, how I organize my own and my reps' day is more flexible.

What do you dislike about the product?
Why oh why can we not batch select tasks/contacts/list items from a filtered view with SHIFT click? My one gripe is when I'm looking to quickly select the top 15 or so of my list I would have to individually click each lead or target them directly with a filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub spot is keeping all of our activities and CRM tracked in one place. Activity targets are easier to achieve with a task-based focus. Deal-flow is automatically organized based on the categorization capabilities.
Great Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Sales email automation , Contact management , Integration with 3rd party apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not import some necessary information like gender and qualification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation , it helps me save a lot of time by automating emails.
HS made it easier for me to manage the sales teams deals, and pinpoint priorities

There are occasions when access is slow.

I can identify the teams priorities, and push for a close earlier and with less risk
So Complex But So Easy & Fun to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences by far! They keep you on track for timely follow-up for potential clients and ensure you're still touching base with your current clientele. Being in a start-up company with few employees and MANY prospects it's the best way to know you are nurturing everyone equally!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that that are SO MANY THINGS, you want to take advantage of all of them, but sometimes you need to sit back and focus on one piece at a time. It helps that HubSpot has such a robust knowledge base, learning academy, and a TOP NOTCH customer support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem HubSpot Sales Hub solves is saving time by managing "who do I need to call today" it keeps track of who I need to get in touch with and when in a timely manner. And an added bonus with the scheduling feature and link for my clients to schedule at their convenience is a cherry on top!
