Hubspot- Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very customizable, so I can easily track accounts and close my deals faster; it integrates with numerous software systems.
HubSpot CRM also offers a range of analytics and reporting tools that are incredibly useful for sales agents. These tools allow sales agents to track their performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions about their sales strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding has not been the best; we have reached out for questions and have had little help in what we are trying to make custom to our account to fit our type of business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves is the need for efficiency and productivity. With features like email templates, document tracking, and meeting scheduling, sales agents can spend less time on administrative tasks and more time selling. This has benefited me by allowing me to focus more on building relationships with my prospects and closing deals, which ultimately leads to more revenue for my company.

Easy to learn and become competent at it. Typically works pretty well.

Inconsistent valid information about emails and opens dependent on recipients' spam filters

Duplicates list- wish it was filterable by state or territory
It's a superb tool for crm and sales automation.

Contacts management and emails automation

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Hubspot is that when making a deal for a client, I can add other contacts who are also involved. I love how well-organized the system is. I am still getting the hang of sequences; however, those help me the most! I don't have to worry about forgetting about clients. I also love the graphs and dashboards that help keep me on track with what I am missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using HubSpot, it wasn't easy to learn how to maneuver the system. I think sending tips for different roles/users to maximize the use of this lovely system would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the communication between the consumer and the supplier.

I does feel a bit heavy and the data entry side with all the fields that you can use

HubSpot Sales is an amazing product to help organize communication!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about HubSpot sales would have to be the Tasks section. The reasoning is that I know when I am supposed to reach back out to someone or if I need to do something in particular with that Contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything I dislike about HubSpot Sales. It is very user friendly and organized since the content is very accurate with each separate section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, we haven't had many issues. With that said, I do like how innovative HubSpot is and how often they make updates to improve efficiency with the product giving us more leads to work with.

sometimes i randomly get logged out of hubspot so i have no access to my templates.

Yes, I love the combination of CRM with CMS activities, and of course, it has a good interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothing to dislike about this platform, but sometimes I face some issues like when I add multiple companies in a single day, then the total count of number shows mismatch.

Yes, it helps me to track my sales activities and makes me sure about my daily routine, I can manage my meetings my orders, and my client's data easily in one place. and that's enough for me.

User-friendly interface with transparent insights in my communications.Pretty easy to navigate and analyze data. Also great tools to send out large quantities of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails are sent outside of my scheduled parameters. Also, my contacts filter glitches relatively often. I would like to be able to refresh pages when they crash without redoing the entire process.

This tool is helping me to communicate with all my customers in a timely fashion and keep track of how often I am reaching out.
