It is very user friendly and includes a massive amount of power as a CRM. There is so much to learn.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy integration between hubspot and my email makes things super easy to add contacts. Also, the reports page in hubspot is very useful information and helps us with data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things to dislike. The only couple things I can think of are that I wish contacts were imported into hubspot with more information. After emailing 100 people in a day I have to go back in and add their contact category and first and last name. There might be a way to automate the contact category but am unaware if there is a way. Also there is just so much to learn I don't know where to begin or what is most important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to add a large number of contacts in an easy few steps. Also, seamlessly take a contact, create a deal, quote, and lead to a sale in just a few simple steps is very easy.
Love it, so simple and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
such an effective way to contact and follow up with leads. I love how i am able to keep up with open rates and click rates when sending an email

Nothing at the moment, hubspot has been super helpful with my career

What do you like best about the product?
You get many benefits with HubSpot Sales, what I like the most is that helps you to close more sales, you have all the information handy and you build stronger relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any negative in using HubSpot, everything has helped me to improve my sales and relationships, sometimes the tool is down but hasn't affected my sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found many benefits with HubSpot Sales, it takes your sales to a next level, is easy to use, it's analytical, and you can track your deals and identify potential leads easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot incorporates many different intuitive tools into the platform. This helps from having to search many different platforms and the ability to track in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be glitches that can be annoying with the technology on occasion. I find the accounts views to be more overwhelming initially, but it is nice being able to create particular views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a useful CRM, tracking calls to review, ability to create sales, track personal and team goals, track email and client enteractions.
There is good, and there is bad.

I mainly enjoy being able to sort through contacts with different filters

The reporting on open and reply rates is almost always wrong it seems.

The main issue that you are solving for is how to properly track engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to create a workflow sequence,I can run my entire business and day based around Hubspot, I can turn my leads into long-term customers using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are moments when Hubspot has lag or the site has gone down; I see this error more frequently when this happens, I cannot access client information or I have to wait a long time for the site to reset itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create a sequence of an email campaign that goes out to thousands of new customers to create brand awareness, I also in that sequence reach out to clients directly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing our outreach program and getting the intelligence out of it. This solution helps us create high-level decisions for our marketing effort and impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bounced email sometime is not consistently shown in the Hubspot timeline. Removing associated contact doesn't remove the associated timeline, which is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The single view on deals we are working on greatly benefited us in marketing. As a BDR, I am tasked to contact prospects through LinkedIn, email and call and track them.
Excellent marketing, more difficult for sales

Very easy to track interactions with clients with email integrations, some phone integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is "domain" based, and wants to create individual users based on their domain. This is severely limiting for many businesses that don't have websites, or businesses with multiple locations. Reporting capabilities are pretty limited. It's difficult to track sales and create useful reports for daily or monthly sales. Fundamentally it's a great marketing platform that can be cobbled together for sales, but it's ultimately not the best platform for sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is great for tracking contacts easily and solves the problem of "logging communications" with their integrations, but if I am working outside of any itnegrations it's a limited platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very organized, which I appreciate. I like how it keeps all emails to my contacts grouped together. I use the Tasks feature for reminders and to manage Deals. I recently started using Sequences and have found it very straightforward. Each day, I continue to discover new ways to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unsubscribed contacts make it difficult and find that number of growing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of pending sales by sending me reminders when the deal goes past the expected close date.
