I love Hubspot! It's easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization and the functionality of the tools. It allows me to keep my deals in the correct stages as not to lose any deals in the process. I truly enjoy using it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike not being able to do more things in bulk to save me more time on my day to day tasks. There could be an easier and more efficent way to complete tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping me solve keeping up with my contacts for outreach and also document calls, emails and texts. I can also upload contracts to the contact in attachments

What do you dislike about the product?
It helps in every aspect to reach clients. Nothing dislike as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to reach out to people at their original timings and also helps to keep them remind, so they don't miss out on the good things.

Easy to use and very user friendly considering that it is my first job using HubSpot

Interface as well as the vibrant colours

At times, you have to manually refresh it

It is making the transition and communication between sales and customer services more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has an easy-to-use and easy-to-navigate user interface. The learning curve is minimal when coming from another CRM solution. What I like most about the HubSpot experience is the ability to send a sequence of events that mix and match emails with phone calls. It fits my prospecting plan perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Outlook plug-in to be slightly unreliable. I'm forced to pin open the interface and check daily for connectivity. I miss logging emails from Outlook when the two systems disconnect. I'm not sure what triggers the plug-in to logout of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my daily tasks and keeping all warm leads in a nurture campaign. HubSpot rocks at keeping my busy life organized. I work from HubSpot to stay on top of all events in my daily sales funnel.
Without this I would be lost---- We cant remember everything we have too much in our lives

nothing it works great... and I'm also a power user of salesforce and I see NO reason to ever use salesfore again, for the price of HS and the VALUE this is amazing... if your using salesforce DUMP it save $$ take a HUGE vacation with the savings over SF

make more $ keeping me on task.... plain and simple

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service team is absolutely amazing-- I rave about it all the time. The system may seem daunting at first, but after getting to know what the CRM can do for you it's truly a breath of fresh air, especially compared to some of the workflow/ automation systems I've used on other CRMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a little bit more customizability with certain properties and record customizations. For example on the Deals page, the record card on the top left uses Close Date and Amount which i'd like to change to terms that make sense in our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS is solving our process implementation. After COVID and remote work, a lot of accountability between sales reps and sales managers seem to become too loose which hindered performance. Having a system that tracks actual progress of deals on our various pipelines while also ensuring our insurance agents weren't prospecting current clients or other agents' prospects has also helped tremendously.
Great lead generator and so easy to use.

What I love best about Hubspot is its user-friendly and great asset to our daily leads.

nothing , great program !! No complaints.

I really enjoy having the tasks section, as it helps me organize my outreach by day/week.

It has disconnected frequently from my gmail, so sometimes I'll have to restart my computer or log out to reboot connection from the sales hub to my inbox.

Organization and keeping on top of my prospects. It definitely helps me manage my outreach while also staying on top of my pipeline.

The dashboard in the sales tap is slow.

It benefites me to see exactly how I am doing on a sale and how I can improve to reach the goals that I need to rehash. Everything has increased since. I started.
