A tool that saves a lot of your time and keeps track of every bit of your work.
What do you like best about the product?
Email automation is what I like the most in HubSpot. We can create email sequences, and HubSpot will automatically send emails to the targeted person at a defined date and time. Also, it keeps track of every single communication, saving time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anyone can assign companies to their name, which will not let other users see the company's conversation and contacts of their company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation and tracking.
Cohesive and Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy to organize, customize, and view/create reports. Sync with GSuite/Google is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I wish that the integration with AirCall was better

It helps to organize where each prospect/lead is in sales cycle and helps to identify timelines and set deadlines.
HubsSpot Is User-Friendly and Keeps Me Organized
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about HubSpot Sales is that it is easy to use and keeps me organized. From reminding me to follow up on emails to creating tasks to ensure I am on top of closing deals and everything in between. I know I would not be as efficient without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HS sales is how many features there are. Sometimes I do not feel as if I am getting the most out of the tool because there are some things I am unaware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales keep our team organized and on the same page. We all know exactly what is happening with our prospects and customers. We are more productive with HS sales, and it has led to an increase in business performance.
Great tool for fast sales activities
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and use. Allow all the teams to be connected and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like it to be more automatized on views filters, quotations generator and connection on calendars

All my contacts are organized, i can be connected to the rest of the teams and allows me to prospect in massive quantity

I wouldn't say I like how I cannot track most recent email opens

It allows me to organize my book of business accurately and benefits me in my day to day work. Very productive.
Lots of tools to set you up for success
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to efficiently filter leads with tasks and organize them into queues. I can use my time the best way possible. I can also keep track of lead situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first start it can be a learning curve to get use to. Also if I have leads that someone else called, sometime they don't properly vet leads and it leads to inefficient calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many features, like the deal tab, allow you to track leads and log calls and meetings. Otherwise, I would have to have an excel sheet with all the names and entire paragraphs of the situation, which is messy and time-consuming.
User friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set follow up tasks from either a phone call or an email. This allows me to stay on top of all of my customer contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to send texts directly through HubSpot. In such a mobile world, text messaging is an efficient contact method where voicemails tend to be deleted without acknowledgment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the issue of tracking customer contacts whether sent within the HubSpot site or directly from Outlook, so that exchanges are easily reviewed prior to initiating a call back or follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard feature and the task feature is probably my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to go through duplicate contacts. If you could see what state the contact is from without having to click on it, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see potential customers and warm leads. Solves the problem of having to track my own calls and task by having those features in the platform.

I wish when a call comes in, that Hubspot would pull up the contact if they are in the system..

having the ability to track what I've done for the day/week/month in sales and contacts
A really great tool that I use every single day for work!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a tool I use everyday to reach previous clients and future prospects. It makes things much easier when trying to find people that have been sitting in our pipeline with no activity for awhile, while simultaneously keeping active users. The filtering system is the best!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I really dislike is not being able to filter deal cards for people that have opted out of emails, and that you can only load 100 deals at a time in the pipelines. It usually clutters the amount I can load with those whose emails bounce at the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solves questions about the prospective leads we had coming in before I ever joined our business team and helps me sort through those with similar issues/deals.
