Hubspot Review

What do you like best about the product?
I really love that Hubspot is able to collect the details for all of our clients and has a ton of great filters for finding the specifications that I need. It gives a lot of options for handling everything in one Hub ;)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email automation is difficult to figure out, and if a team member misses a step there doesn't seem to be an easy way to correct the issues it causes with automated emails. This can off set the filters being great, because if I change info it could unnecessary emails to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to say. Sometimes I am too busy keeping up with other parts of my job to stay on top of the options that HubSpot has available.

Excellent CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage my day to day, track my emails and calls, schedule tasks as well as have a full overview of contacts associated with my companies. I like that Hubspot is fully customizable to suit any individuals needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, unfortunately you are not able to send an email through hubspot, but it is truly not that often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage my day to day operation, and clearly see who I have communicated with and when. This allows no mistakes and errors in resending emails, and also allows for me to schedule follow up emails or tasks with that client.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to log a call and send an email with the read receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
How often it goes down and something cant load but that what happens with a internet based tool

reminding me of the tasks i need to do and when they are scheduled

What do you like best about the product?
We were hardly getting leads using outlook , we got the Hubspot Subscription

1. The emails are diretly landing on the prospects inbox, not going into the spam.

2. Getting good insights from the tool.

3. Email tracking / notifications helped us a lot in reaching specfic prospects.

4. We can store our Email templates

5. Hubspot Sales Hub is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons till now, i am enjoying using Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot made our work easy!.

We were able to achieve our sales goes using Hubspot CRM .

Great for Managing Relations

What do you like best about the product?
I love using hubspot as it allows me to manage all of my relations very easily and manage my daily workload. Through utilizing hubspot calling and emailing, all of my conversations are saved and easily viewed by myself and my manager. It also allows me to keep track of deals and upcoming tasks very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall would how the structure of services are across paid plans. I wish that some services, such as, sequences were available at the more economical paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing Hubspot does for our team is make it easier to track activity with our clients and deals - makes it very easy to review the deal and know exactly what needs to be done moving forward without searching through various platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to track potential orders
What do you dislike about the product?
The quotes feature could allow decimal points, without allowing decimal points, quotes are often inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using HubSpot we found it very difficult to track which quotes we had followed up with and why they had been lost. Being able to track this accurately has greatly helped our sales team to bring more quotes through the door.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the free trial, but also reach out to the HubSpot team for a demonstration of what you can get with the paid version

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot Sales Hub is very user friendly, it is easy to use even for beginners like myself.

I have used different CRM's before and I can say a lot of them has features that's not that friendly for people like me who is not that tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when there are updates or there are issues with the software because of upgrades or whatnot and no prior notice given as it takes a lot of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the integration of apps for calling and email is a great feature as it allows us to use all our tools in just one page and not have 100 tabs open at the same time lol

What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation, user friendly, accurately logs and tracks what I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I have used almost every CRM out there, and I have always preferred Hubspot

The ability to make more calls in less time which leads to more appointments.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule tasks. Simple to manage contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email threadding. Often I only want to thread 2-3 emails, but it makes me thread the whole sequence. Dynamic fields/email templates- it constantly forgets to put a space between the greeting and customer name, making emails look awful and automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage my outreach/calls ext. However, it needs to be polished on the email/template front (see previous comments on email threadding and formatting issue with customer names).

Perfect for working without hesitate in stages

What do you like best about the product?
Mail and following functions, sometimes, I need to remember some actions and follow clients, without i need a companion to remember me some important tasks, and here is the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deal tasks are hard to see and ordering them takes time, so it´s better to have the macro management and watch the days without interactions. Hope it can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have opportunities for improving my memory, and Hubspot is letting me remember what is useful and critical to close my deals with a large quote of clients. It´s awesome
