Makes your work easier
What do you like best about the product?
To begin, it is easy to organize your files and the filtering ways is spot on. You can create new views and easier to track your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe we need to improve the security like creating password for every saved view. It is to make sure that your file will not be compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing everything from email tracking to setting a task. Hubspot is the go to tool especially for sales people who would like to check their leads.

Everything is in one place. I can create lists to do campaigns. That I can follow the activity of my emails

I don't have anything that I dislike at this point

Keeps me organized

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, even for first time users. Most things are where they are supposed to be. It allows you to organize your day and track your activities very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there can be some lag on some services or tabs that take a bit of time to load, but these issues are sorted out quickly. The inbound calls tab is a great new feature but needs a bit of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it allows me to not drown in a sea of contacts, emails, and calls. It enables you to stay organized even if you have hundreds of activities to do and the notifications on opens lets you know what contacts to prioritize
Great for small companies who need an "all-in-one" solution
What do you like best about the product?
Things I like about hubspot: affordable, has a lot of options for customization, integrates with many common tools (gsuite), it is fairly easy to use, they have decent templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Areas of improvement for hubspot: it's not the best performance-wise (it can be slow and glitchy), they don't have great customer service, I wish they had better training/onboarding for new users

Hubspot helps keep all our customer data and records. Helps us automate many sales processes and support processes as well.
Great CRM experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is one the very user friendly CRMs out there with seamless operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches - When we update the details, sometimes it doesn't get updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily track the customer's activities wothout any issues, eventually allowing to make more sales.
Experience is quite good filters and all the details helps a lot to do work

The best part is everything is at fingertips am getting filters to explore the things and untouched area and am getting productivity out of it.

There is lot of confusion sometimes related to filters as there is lot of information and web is created

It is benefiting to have organised data and to work smartly to drive results
Best customer service of any software product I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of Hubspot is top notch and as good as anything else in the sales and market space, but what separates them is their customer service. I don't know how they do it, but 100% of my interactions with their extremely responsive service department have been enjoyable and helpful. Huge fan of Hubspot here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all. There is really nothing that I would change at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really, just having all the functionality needed all in one place.
It does everything!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it so easy to keep your contacts (sales leads) and tasks organized. Reminders are a must-have for me to keep my pipeline growing and moving in the right direction. Service Hub is also a must-have!

I do not have any downside. Everything works and functions exactly as it should.

Time managment, sales goals, training and most importantly staying connected when my customers need me.

Not being able to update sequences after enrolling people is a negative.
