intuitive, complex, multi-purpoused
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can see all the deta I need in a very concise, structured and easy to read way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering data about potential clients, monitoring sales performance, monitoring leads for our company.
Powerful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's intuitive, everything is all in one place, and that it helps me manage my work and time efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overwhelming at first. However there are several tutorials that walk you through it. I do wish there was a better system for leaving notes in accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, accurate reporting, and easily tracking upcoming tasks is making it easier for me to connect with prospects and clients quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped me get my first 25 sales for my business. It’s kept me organized better than a spreadsheet would!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes reply's to emails don't come back into Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of needing to keep track of where sales are at and who I've already talked to!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to rack deals and activity. It gives me insight on who I need to connect with and helps my conversion rate

The filters are tough to figure out. I wish I could save filters and apply them quickly

Maximizing outreach to 10k client contacts and managing a large and growing pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the layout is made, making it easier to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have with Hubspot is the lagging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the organization of my work. Sorting what needs to be done, whats already done, and the orders as they come in. It benefits me by making my job easier than it could be.

Very simple and easy to navigate through. Need it for day to day practises. Keeps your organization at an all time high. Perfect tool for sales andcustomer support.

Nothing, the application works very well.

Making my life easier when booking meetings with clients. Keeps all my potential deals in order as well. Over all keeps my organizational habits at an all time high.

Coming from different sales platforms, Hubspot has been the most seamless and effective solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I could think of would be the duplication of accounts, but very easy to merge!
