Let sellers do more with less
What do you like best about the product?
This lets sellers focus on selling instead of project-managing their prospecting. Even my most tech-resistant sellers are creating campaigns that include automated email, call reminders and LinkedIn outreach reminders, and once they enroll a prospect they simply work the tasks they've assigned to themselves as part of the "sequence" they create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing hundreds of users, the mass-scale admin features they do have are quite good, like custom permission sets; but there are still some things you can't yet actively intervene in across all of your users at one time. For example, we noticed some permissioning errors a sales team made in some of their "sequences;" we couldn't change permissions on those sequences as a group, but had to go update each sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot lets any seller easily multiply by 10 the volume of personalized outreach they send to prospects. Multi-touch campaigns are what works in our industry; Sales Hub lets sellers pre-bake the series they want to use to reach customers, and then manages the timing of all touches (email, call, LinkedIn, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect of HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to integrate with other solutions. It has many advantages over its competitors, such as the automatic logging of activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about HubSpot Sales Hub is that the integration with Sales Navigator has a charge, so the activities done in SN have to be recorded manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps with the manual logging of activities since many activities that are performed are automated by HubSpot Sales Hub, saving the salesperson time.
Switching from Hubspot to Active Campaign
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM feature is wonderful. I was pleased with the was Hubspot maintains contact lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the pipeline and reporting features to be lacking with Hubspot Sales. There is not a clear way to creat and monitor the sales pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales allows our company to reach out and connect with lists of leads via promotional emails and sales automations increaseing the overall performance of our sponsorship sales division.
Amazing way to have it all in one place (customer lifecycle)
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to have all info needed to reach out to leads easily and also gives access to keep track of previous notes, reminders, and accurate pipeline features needed by someone s like me
What do you dislike about the product?
Inadequate sync, automatic assigning of leads to an agent because the call was scheduled, and a wider range of countries allowed for voice calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amazing way to have it all in one place (customer lifecycle) helps to see the activity of the clients with the products easily, easy cold call access, easy and compatible with my company's product, and access to tailored and marketing emails dissemination made easy.
Easy, Smooth, Modern, Efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
E-mail templates are easy to create and if you work outside office hours, you can choose the exact time to "send later" or Hubspot suggestions when it's best to send! The emails are also tracked so you can see when receiver has opened it or clicked on a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version doesn't have all functions as the desktop/web version. This can be annoying to find out while too far away from your laptop. So it's better to know now...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement is very important! Hubspot has made communication with clients and having Statistics on which email templates and communication strategies are working very easy!
Great ensemble of tools for running a sales structure smoothly
What do you like best about the product?
- It was very easy maintaining a database of leads and the number of details we could save about each lead.
- Very easy to assign leads to sales reps and track progress on each lead.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The reason for switching over to a system was merely costs associated with the service. The management wanted to cut down few costs.
- The onboarding of sales rep took time since the system briefing is quite complex.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot was solving the problem of lead database management as well as lead progress tracking. We were also able to target leads at certain stages with marketing campaigns to move them forward, which was helpful.
It is a very practical and complete tool for proper monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of its options and how complete it is. I feel that they have put an effort into creating a program so that we can follow up on our tasks in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually like all of it and have been using it long enough to be sure of what I'm saying.

Solve all the problems related to the management of information and follow-up to your clients, it is a great tool that allows you to optimize the processes.
Great Customer Service and Functionality. Learn About It.
What do you like best about the product?
Deals, workflow automation, templates and tracking functionality. Customer Service is incredible—call, chat or email. Those people have to be the most helpful ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're charging for a good amount of functionality now more than before. There are workaround solutions with integrations though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM-type problems—tracking deals, communication with people in an organized way (lists, etc.), and automating tasks/workflows.
All the things I need in one CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is very powerful. It’s not just a CRM, I can also get helpful data and reports out of it! I can easily pull out any data that I need because of its powerful filtering tool
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the only downside is that the search bar is very character sensitive in showing results. If you add something like dash, it won’t show the results of the words anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to get the reports I need specifically for leads and Sales. It’s very helpful when it comes to how our Marketing team should retarget their ads and how our Sales team should move forward.
